Pretty good. Went through the long process of purchasing a firearm through the agonizing California process: (.

Turners had the weapon I desired and i went through the process. Its typical for California which meant to ton of paperwork which ultimately leads to background checks etc.

There were a couple of snafus on Turners part, one of which forced me back to complete a missed section on the application. A little more attention to detail (on their part) would've avoided the situation, but hey, nobody's perfect.

Overall, no real issues with the employees as other reviewers noted, although my wife did have to "check" a certain individual with a bit of an attitude (her termi ology). Oddly enough, my wife is usually immune to unusual and sometimes outright rude behavior. Other employees were good and conducted themselves from fair to outstanding.

Anyway, my wife and I are proud owners of a new toy that we get to go and have some fun with:).

In closing, a good gun selection, lots of sales throughout the year and plenty of locations throughout the San Gabriel Valley area.

Turner made it easy so I can say that I'll return to the West Covina location without reservation.

Great customer service, Maria helped me dros a Aero Precision m4e1 stripped lower and it was one of the best experiences purchasing a firearm I have had.

Ridiculous wait, only 2 employees behind the counter, the older man needs to finish a transaction and not socialize especially with this wait.

At Turners now, was here yesterday but didn't have my birth certificate or passport to show I was an American. I did everything up to the showing proof I was American. I put it on layaway, and said I would be back today. 24 hours later, no one knows where my paperwork is.and now need to do it again!

If you are looking for firearms, ammo, shooting supplies and fishing gear then Turners is the place to go. Great prices and the staff is top notch.

It's a neat place. Very knowledgeable. Not sure why you'd buy a California compliant firearm but the accessories we're a nice wide selection.

Ok outdoors store with lots of outdoor sports items. From hunting, hiking, camping, fresh and salt water fishing rods, reels etc.

Turner's Outdoorsman has long-standing reputation and many locations in Southern California. Great one day sales reel you in!

Other than getting the " New guy ". I had a good experience. Staff were friendly Nice selection of guns. Now to find a range near W. Covina

Everyone is very helpful, but make sure to ask someone that knows about ammunition for your firearms

Nice place but the male employees behind the guns and knives desk are rude as they come. My wife and my sister ended up finding a female employee who actually showed what customer service is and that is why i give them any star at all

Good selection of firearms but are way overpriced and cannot complete or match with other big stores. You are better off going to Dicks, Big5, or Basspro for ammo and better pricing. Even the DROS fee is cheaper

I got my firearm safety certificate from here and purchased a rifle and ammunition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of guns and ammo, and competitive prices. Will definitely continue to give this store my business

Like always, helpful and friendly. I just have a doubt? Do Turners hire female models? Because today I was help by Samantha and I saw the prettiest eyes in the word and beautiful smile by the sweetest person, Samantha.
