For the most part very knowledgeable staff, very helpful in special ordering almost any firearms I have my heart's desires
I quit coming here after over 3 decades of shopping at Turner's because the guy behind the gun counter was a jackass, no matter what day or time he was there, he went out of his way to make you feel stupid so he counsel seem like a guru. Saw him do this to people many times. He's gone now and the new faces there are friendless, knowledgeable and non-jackassy. Great sporting goods store!
People at this store are great. If you have any questions just feel free to ask anyone and they'll get the best answer for you. Everything from optics to gun parts to ammo.they can help. They are not gunsmith approved so they can't work on any weapon. You'll need a local gunsmith for that. I've been coming here quite often after work just to look around. Unwind from the day.
Bad! Drove all the way from anaheim for nothing! I even called and confirmed that its the right product! You guys should know your inventory!

Great place to walk around and window shop. But wanting to look and purchase firearms can be difficult. They have a larger selection than any other local gun shop but this also means they get a lot of traffic into the store and the wait to just get an sales associate is too long. I have had to on many occasions go here to look at firearms and purchased it elsewhere. I work close to the store so previous purchases on my lunch break has always resulted in me coming back to work late and hungry. They are an awesome store just sometimes a victim of their own success. Great place to go if you have 20-30+ minutes to wait before getting to look at a gun, then an additional 30-40 minutes to do gun purchase paperwork.
The Manager Mike was the best he knows his customers and went the extra mile for me. Mike was asked a lot of questions while helping me by his staff and handle it great.
The people are just rude. I stopped buying my guns from them years ago. I tell people to go to Turners to see what gun your wanting to buy, then go online and buy it. There's to much competition out there and you'll probably get it at a lower price.

Service is great but workers sometimes could be bit savage on the way they explain their products despite having told them 'I'm new to guns'.
