U-Pack, Oakland CA

Moved from Oakland CA to Brattleboro VT and it was so easy! I loaded our stuff into the Relocube at the depot and picked it up with a UHaul truck the other end, no problems. It was great knowing that I packed it to my satisfaction and that it was going to stay that way until I opened the cube in Brattleboro. The price was way cheaper than the nearest quote I got and everyone I dealt with was cheerful, efficient and professional. Would absolutely use them again.

U-Pack provided me the flexibility by sending a third cube option without obligation if I didn't use. The drop off, pick-up and collection of cubes were prompt. They got my container from the Bay Area to LV over the weekend. Price is reasonable and staff are courteous. No issues so far. I would recommend U-Pack to anyone who needs moving containers.

Horrible company. Waited all day for my delivery, never received a call back and when I tried to contact them, someone kept hanging up the phone after 15 rings. Now they tell me that the item and several others never got on their truck today and they couldn't notify any customers because their phones keep ringing. Really! If you called the customers to reschedule you wouldn't have any angry customers calling you!

Best experience ever, I have to change my moving days a couple of time they were happy to help truck deliver the day I ask for it take way the same days really happy costumer
