Been here twice hoping my issues could be resolved. They were not able to help me however, I was really being hopeful. Regardless, this is a great place to take your items to; even Geek Squad recommended them. AND, the manager Chris is so nice. I'll always consider uBreakiFix for all my tech issues.

I took my phone in because in because it wasn't charging properly. They took the phone in and cleaned the charging port for free. The service was fast and responsive. The process took no more than 15 minutes. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Wife broke her iPad screen. I called a few places, these guys had the best price & fastest turnaround time.
They called right before closing that it was ready for pickup. I was nearby & they let me rush over a few minutes after they closed to pick it up. Saved me from having to make a special trip.

Don't bring anything here to get "fixed", their repairs do not last long. I brought my PS4 here to get my HDMI fixed, One year later the HDMI is once again broken. I brought my PS4 back to this location only to be told I'd have to pay full price. This is horrible customer service and will be telling everyone not to bring their devices to this store. I recommend anyone reading this review to not make the same mistake I did.

Edit 1: A measly 20% off on a repair you supposedly "fixed" isn't going to entice anyone to return back to your store. This isn't a broken screen caused by user error. This is a PS4 that sits at a desk all day and you won't take responsibility for your poor attention to detail when your company repaired my device. I paid the full price for the repair and expected a repair that would've lasted as long as the factory. Please tell me, how my PS4 went 8 years with out HDMI issues but couldn't go more than 1 year with your repair?

I came in to fix my Pixel 3 as the cable would not charge. Turns out that there was a bunch of debris stuck in the charging port and they fixed it free of charge in minutes. I was totally expecting to be charged at least $25. Great customer service and thank you

Very effective and reasonably priced repair shop for HP computers and Apple devices. Devin is especially fast at providing estimates and completing repairs.

Got my phone fixed here, and it is just like new! The Samsung authorization really seems to go a long way

I had little hope for my laptop but I thought it was worth a shot to bring it in. Lucky for me it was an easy fix that didn’t cost anything! Highly recommend this place!

My iPhone would not call or receive and no service. Our service provider could not figure it out and we couldn’t power down the device. Chris at ubreakifix was great. Told me what he would try and what I might have to do if that didn’t work. What he tried did work and was all done in less than 10 minutes. Asked what I owed and he replied it wasn’t broke, so I didn’t fix it, no charge! Nice clean store and friendly. I would certainly use them again.

Edward came out to my house today as part of an Asurion claim for my phone and he was fantastic. He was super professional and polite and the repair was painless. I totally recommend their services and am happy that they had a social distancing plan in place!

Came in with my cell phone (not charging) and Zach greeted me immediately, had the problem solved in 15 minutes. Cell phone carrier wanted to sell me a new phone for $100's, I'll be back for future needs! Very impressed and he saved me a ton of money!

Trying to charge me 90 bucks for a simple screen replacement on a phone that isn't even worth that much brand new. Nope these guys are trying to rob y'all blind.

Absolutely wonderful help when I downloaded an app that took over my phone. They got me back to original on the spot! I will use them every time I am in trouble. Very nice folks!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME; I came here to fix my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and these guys blew my expectations. They fixed my phone to where it looks better than when I first took it out of the box and they also hooked me up with some good deals. Definitely recommend anyone to come here if they need their tech fixed.
