My mom's screen was nearly shattered completely, and they replaced it perfectly (it took about 2.5 hours, since she has an Edge)! They were very clear, precise, and patient with her ignorance about how it all worked and which phone case she should get next to prevent another cracked screen. Very nice, patient, and had a good exposition.

EXCELLENT customer service, and very competitively priced! I hope I never need them again, but if I ever do end up with another cracked screen or futzy phone, I know who to call.assuming I have a second phone to call from.

They fixed my battery which was a complicated installation in less than 2 hours! Very pleased with them! Very professional and clean shop will be back for any future issues!

Absolutely great! Went here initially for my boyfriend to fix his Samsung screen and they did a great job. They are a Samsung approved retailer so you’ll actually get the real parts vs random and it’s much cheaper than any other place in north county. Plus they were super fast, same day. I took my iPhone in for glass replacement and diagnostic on my MacBook and fixed same day and great price (I didnt even make an appointment) Overall great experience and 10/10 would recommend

This place was great! Fixed my screen in under 30 minutes. It's like I have a new phone! Def recommend this place. They also checked my mic and cleaned out my toggle buttons.

Fantastic service. Had my phone repaired at a different uBreak location and had an issue with the new screen. Brought it to this location and the issue was resolved. Staff was very helpful and clearly explained the repair process. Stephanie, who I believe is the manager, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended

Brought my PS4 in for a broken hdmi port and they fixed it the same day! Great customer service, very satisfied
UPDATE: 9 months later, the hdmi port stopped working again, since it is out of the warranty date I’m out of luck. Repairs should at least last longer than a year, kind of disappointed
