United Airlines reviews
35On time flight and smooth plane ride with outstanding staff service. Traveling safely in the friendly skies.
One of the best airlines. Friendly, efficient, and committed to excellence. A blue sky company, literally!
Terrible I have been traveling since Thursday. Cancelation, delays, no Customer service.time and money lost. LAX SUCKS.
The lady on the check in had no clue about International entry requirements where I was going kept calling and delaying until her shift ended and she went home and caused me to not receive my luggage on time
Went there to sing the National Anthem for their Veterans Employment Outreach. Flights really starting to pick back up.
Not happy we were in a row (20) that had seats that did not recline. If u select a seat assignment on line in an exit row, a pop up comes on and tells you that you have to willing and able to assist in an evacuation. They should have a pop up that says "This seat DOES NOT recline. Still accept? "
The flight out awesome. The return flight was a bit off. First it was cancelled but I wasn't notified. I looked in email nothing. I thought I would call after midnight on New Year's Eve. Because I was leaving out New Year's Day morning. I was able to talk to an agent she advised me the 2nd leg of the flight was cancelled due to weather. I asked when the next flight she told me Sunday. Uggg I took the seat that was available. The next morning I called again to see if anyone had cancelled the Saturday flight. I had an option to communicate through text messaging. It worked out to my advantage he was able to get me a seat on Saturday. I was able to get home one day late from LA to Michigan. At least I was able to get 2 nights sleep in my own bed before starting work school bus driving on Monday morning at 5: am.
We had a great experience with our recent flight from ORD to LAX and back. Smooth check-in, helpful staff, respectable comfort for economy class on a full flight, smooth boarding and deplaning even with COVID procedures, and fast luggage pick up all at a reasonable cost. Thank you United.
Always have a good day and enjoy the atmosphere created by the people I speak to and work there.
After several bad experiences and no response from a formal complaint, I reluctantly booked a flight based on location needs. I just had a very inappropriate service rep tell me to go elsewhere for business if they charge less and actually said there is nothing for free in this world and got ANGRY with me for making a fair statement. He scolded me like a child, and was definitely not American. Maybe he can talk to women that way where he lives? Insulted me on the phone when I said I work sales and he was unprofessional. He WAS RUDE and I told him off ten fold about his bad manners and overall behavior in a service based job. He REFUSED to put a manager on the phone and hung up and then the manager did as well when I called back. I honestly thought I called a scammer line until I saw this was a legit United number and saw I can make a review.
WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? THEY SHOULD LIKE THEY LIVE IN A CAVE. GET IT TOGETHER UNITED. UNLIKE YOUR UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEE SAID, OTHER AIRLINIES DO OFFER BETTER SERVICE AND DURING A PANDEMIC YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO TELL PEOPLE TO GO ELSEWHERE OR YOUR AIRLINE WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF COVID.
If you want to love United, take a ride on Spirit. It changed my whole level of appreciation for all other airlines, even United.
Save your money and just take a bus, they will cancel your flight and put you on a bus anyway and then say verbatim “I don’t know why you’re complaining, we got you to your final destination. ”
Direct flight from Kona to Lax. Bring food they don't always have sandwiches or real food on board.
I am disabled. When I purchased my ticket I asked for a wheel chair at airport and connecting flights. There was always an person with a wheelchair waiting for me at the gate! Loved it!
Will never fly this airline again. Crowded. Uncomfortable. Terrible customer service. THE WORST
My flight to Hawaii and back was perfect, the app is helpful with e-boarding. Landing was smooth showing how skillful the pilots are.
Fantastic customer service, professional gate crew and a smooth flight. Flight service was top notch as always.
Sorry. This airline simply not keeping up at first class. Didnt make it to my first or second choice, I boarded this airline due to limited choices to fly back.
Very worst. They didn't even have music or TV from Los Angels to Washington. The people were rude and overworked. Seats were old and thin.
I had a very pleasant flight home from LAX-SYD on the 787 Dreamliner. Made only better by a fantastic cabin crew.
