Clean they actually still give you a blanket. Favorite part: flight delayed both ways perfect for someone like me who has time issues. Hahahaha made both my flight on this trip.

Had not flown united in nearly a decade. Smooth and clean newer planes. If you have the United app installed BEFORE take off, you can actually watch free and new movies. One star off for the constant nickel and diming. $25 for the first checked luggage, fairly expensive onboard snacks and drinks. It's frustrating only because you have to factor in another 5 to 10% to the airfare in hidden fees.

United is getting worse and worse. Flight attendants seen like they hate their jobs, miserable people work the desks in the airport, and they are seriously lacking in what's included with your ticket. I wish they didn't have the only direct flights to certain places, because if I actually had a choice I'd probably not fly with then again after my last 4 experiences.

The electronics on their planes never work, not just on one flight, but on every flight. They charge you for just about every possible thing they can. The flight attendants are rude. No leg room. Overbooked flights. Look, I think most travelers would be willing to pay more for an airline that actually cares about their customers comfort, why can't we get an airline to figure this out. Charge us a little more and just spread out the seats a bit more and stop nickel and diming us for everything

Very poor quality service (compared to airlines based in Dubai/UAE/Qatar or Asia). Staff do the basic minimum! In the Melbourne to LA trip, they didn't even remove the hot towel before landing and I was in business class. Perhaps its the American ego! Worst of all airlines I have flown with.

Too few United representatives at check in "kiosk" machines. And many of thise who were there were overworked and unfriendly. All in all too chaotic and time-consuming. Other airlines and other airports are doung much better.

Had a great overall experience from the time I got to the airport till when I landed. The woman at the check in counter (I think her name was Carrie M.) was pleasant and went above and beyond to be accommodating with our baggage and requests. Flight was on time and comfortable.

Not bad if you know your way around airport. Morning is efficient cause of lot agents are their to help.

Ugh! If I didn't have to, I wouldn't. Flight attendants from LAX to SFO late with beverages - some rows got none.
Blocked the entire aisle with the cart so people couldn't get to the bathroom. Then when they did the attendants were yelling at them to hurry up. Geez!

Pay for in flight tv - seriously? ! Screwing us at every opportunity.

I'm not a fan of United at all.

Absolutely useless customer support by phone. Spend 1 hour on the phone waiting for the answers on my questions about refund and in the end I figured out that the agent absolutely didn’t understand my questions nor the problem we have so I just literally wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing. When I tried to explain her the problem one more time she began to argue with me what I said and what I didn’t. Will avoid this company as much as possible. ‍️

Good airline with nice employees but their plans are old. Their wifi often fails in flight but United charges you anyway.
