I am really glad that this post office allows walk ins for passport related stuff. Employee was super nice and helpful. Location is a little far and wish there was another post office that had walk in hours for passport processing. Everything was very smooth and as expected. Came late in the afternoon and there was no lines at all.

My package was delivered to the carrier then two minutes later it was delivered back to the usps office then the company informs me the package has been lost. Something is very fishy here.

Our new mail man keeps delivering wrong packaging and first time in 10 years I had few packaging missing. Im very disappointed

Terrible attitude employees have, over-crowded, parking has been a problem
also they have passport area which has been a huge problem in the past

I find the staff there reasonably friendly. Treat them with the respect of dealing with the public at large. Its a great post ofice. Thanks for the many years of service.

Since my regular lady retired, Debby, retired last spring, my mail has been hit and miss. I keep getting my neighbors mails. I usually take it to them. However I am tired of delivering mail.
In addition, if they bring a package, oh forbid, it's left and they and it can be anywhere. They never knock to let me know it's there. Sun or rain.
Terrible service. Today a rainy day, it sat in the rain, I was never noticed it was sitting on the porch. They totally avoid the door camera. Makes me wonder why.

One of the worst post offices in the country. There is postal worker in a small Texas town that can do 3 person's work at this place! I have had about 8 errors alone from this staff since 2010. It is so bad that you would have to to pay me 20 dollars to even go in there! Well improved service yesterday, he reminded me of my postal worker in Texas

They say it's first come first serve for passport, but they have a sign in sheet for time slots with only 4 spots for each 1-2 hours and 2 slots crossed out in between. Make sure you show up way before they open to get on the list. Once it's filled up, they won't take anyone not on the list unless you get a hook-up. The list was filled up before noon. Processing does not take more than 30mins per applicant even with photos, so the wait doesn't make sense.

I see that there are many single star reviews and I was quite nervous coming to this post office in order to get my passport taken care of. Let me just say that Mario who was the agent that serviced us was fantastic. He was professional, meticulous, and made the experience pleasant.

If i had a choice i would not even give this place any star at all. Unfair to the other employees inside but as i was entering the door with my three kids and husband, the gentleman collecting the paperworks checked the paperworks i had and asked about my eldest daughter. She’s 17. I had my naturalization last year. She was a child from a previous relationship. I did not get married to her dad. Mind you, the place was packed with people. He kept insisting that i have to show proof that i was single when i had my daughter and that her application cannot be accepted at this time. He was insisting that i provide a marriage certificate and i said i don’t have that because i did not get married to her dad! DEAF ears i tell you. It was embarassing and frustrating to talk to him. It was awkward for my husband. My daughter was confused and very emotional at this time. Honestly, this staff does not have any people skill at all. He should not be the one receiving the applicants.

So, i called the passport hotline and asked them why this person is asking me for additional requirements. As per the person i spoke to on the phone, he should NOT. He gave me all the requirements i needed to bring with me, i have ALL of them and that’s it. And in addition, my daughter is 17 and is allowed to apply for a passport even with just one parent present!

Will not be using this place. We’re going to get our passport somewhere else.

So whenever i ship with 2 day shipping it takes 4 days to arrive. If i get the 3 day option it arrives to its destination the same time it would take by ground.
This post office doesn't send out your mail in a timely matter.
Not to mention they can't deliver to the right address, can't tell you how many times my mail has ended up in the apartment complex next door.

Absolute worst postal service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Recovering from surgery and trying to receive certified package. Carrier will not knock. Rescheduled delivery specifying that carrier needed to let me know they were there. Redelivery failed a second time because not only did I not receive the status updates I'd signed up for so I could be ready, but again, carrier WOULD NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR FOR A CERTIFIED DELIVERY. So I guess I will have to walk in there in my PJ's holding my surgery incision and be treated like absolute dirt by the staff (been through this before.) YOU SUCK!

The supervisor never help.most of the employees are so mad all the time.they need to be more nice with the customer

Till 10: 30am not open, no reservation on line people waiting on line more than 2 hours outside.

If I could give the USPS 0 stars I would.

The employees are rude, so I figured I would just skip even bothering with them and ship packages using their kiosk. They never sent a confirmation email for my shipment despite the fact that I am signed up for informed delivery. Now in addition to not receiving any confirmation and their machine didn’t print my receipt (and it was after hours so I couldn’t speak to anyone about it) they lost my package and it never got delivered to the recipient.

Beyond frustrated and now I’m catching flack for being a bad seller.

Thanks for proving yet again why the government and all their “services” suck.

Overall terrible service. No one answers and after waiting for someone to pick up a call to inquire about chronic poor mail delivery issues and package misplacement, it automatically disconnects after ringing 20 times.

I live in Citrus hts and the mail person who delivers 1 day 9am next day 5pm never trust them if you have something important to mail take it there and that takes a long time also no parking filled with people getting past ports

Thus Passport office opens six days at 10: 30am, closed Sunday, There’s only so much room for the people to sign up to see someone, get here by 08: 00, at 09: 00 the line was 80 people deep

I'm not sure the mail carriers deserve 1 star, had a important letter that needed to be mail, put it out evening of 8/1/19, still on my mailbox evening of 8/2/19 at 8: 40pm when I arrived home!
JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET MAIL THERE TO DAMN LAZY TO WALK UP MY DRIVE TO TAKE IT OFF MY MAILBOX! Unacceptable Mail carriers! I'm tired of the post office telling me our neighborhood doesn't RATE A REGULAR CARRIER! This is UNACCEPTABLE.

They Suck said they picked up my package and its still sitting here. Mail carrier delivers other peoples outgoing mail in my box and delivers my mail to other people. Screwed up our hold mail and when you call them it just rings then hangs you up. THEY DONT CARE
