It's usually a pretty busy location, but the staff are solid and they keep the line moving. Thanks for all that you do to keep our mail coming in and out of HB!

USPS misplaced the same package twice. So I finally went to this post office and tried to track down the package. I gave the clerk the tracking number. She tells me the package is still in Los Angeles. I showed her the latest USPS Tracking info from my phone that clearly shows package left Anaheim location and still not arrived after 4 days. She says "I don't care what it says. It's still in Los Angeles" Hahaha. It was like talking to a 5 year old who doesn't know how to read

Delivery people won’t deliver packages to entire complex. Now I have to pick up from local usps which is overwhelmed because the core job of a mail delivery person is not being done. Might as well shut it all down and let it be absorbed by UPS.

We have been using their service for 25yrs or so. They have handle our passports several times during this time also. This group of workers there are remarkable in service and professionalism. The things they deal with from people who don't have a clue when going there or no paperwork ready expecting the service to read their mines. Ridiculous!

Typical Post Office but these guys really keep things moving. A very busy spot at times with tight parking.

Thought I'd add my experience after moving out of HB. Hopefully things have changed since I moved out.

First Irvine, they actually try to get through the line as fast as possible and the carrier never made delivery mistakes.

Next Fountain Valley, also significantly better than HB. Always courteous and helpful. Again, the carrier didn't make mistakes.

I called late in the day, 4: 45, and I was lucky enough to have some one pick up. I was calling about a complaint, our carrier mixes up our mail every once and a while and I live in a 4 unit apartment complex. I've never had this problem until I moved to Huntington Beach. They informed me I had to call back tomorrow because everyone had left already. I guess that's fine. However, the person who picked up was very short with me and I thought I was being fairly courteous. Ah.the postal service. Service with a smile as always.

Tried to call regarding mail pick up - our company has not had any mail picked up since Tuesday (it is now Monday). By the time you cycle through the menu several times there is no point in continuing. Just hopeless.

I always ship packages UPS or FEDEX, but decided I should start utilizing USPS Media Mail to save money. Wait was fast, and they were extremely helpful. Plus, I saved over $90 in shipping costs!

Waited all day for a priority mail letter that was supposed to be delivered by 3 p.m. And didn't get it. I had tracking activated on my phone to make sure that it came through. At 1: 29 I get a notification that a delivery attempt was made but the business was closed. I'm sitting 3' from the front door with 3 cars in the parking lot with more than just me here. This isn't the first time this has happened - USPS is an absolute joke

I live across the street and they didn't mange to ship my package on time I don't know how hard it is to look at the address and see it's across the street from the building I asked if I could pick it up but they denied me that I won't order stuff and have them mailed to me i rather pay more so ups can lose it then the mail

I really don't know what everyone else is talking about. I've never had a poor experience at this office. Wait times were fine (no longer than I've waited in the other two cities I've lived), and my mail carrier is a pretty nice guy. Never had a nondelivery or an issue in general.

I'd give ZERO if possible. Waits at the PO are interminable. But local delivery is even worse: frequent failure to deliver, frequent misdeliveries, my regular carrier is so unfriendly that it's rude and he is so blind to the customer that he has trampled across young growing plants.

The misdeliveries happen so regularly (and not just to me - I've found neighbors' bank statements on the sidewalk) that identity theft becomes much more likely since they've involved bank account statements, retirement account details, mortgage bills, phone bills. IRS letters, DMV info, medical communications - pretty much all anyone would need to invade your privacy, steal your identity, and empty your bank and investment accounts.

Despite many complaints over the years, management is either unwilling or unable to fix the chronic problems at this PO. I don't know if they are incompetent or unconcerned with the customer, but it doesn't matter. The bottom line is that the service provided by this PO is terrible.

Pathetic that 1 out of every 2 express deliveries have been late or lost. Close your doors already

Professional and courteous service every visit. I’m somewhat a regular and have been at this location when it’s slow and jam packed. In either situation the staff keeps their cool and treats people like you would like to be treated. I’m not being paid to write this, I felt compelled after seeing nothing but post office bashing by people with nothing better to do than write negative reviews.

Horribly slow n disorganized. Dont us post office for passports, go to HB city clerks office. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Seconding that the passport people are incredibly rude. I was trying to get my packet in order and the gentleman "helping" me wouldn't give me a second to figure out where one of my pages were. Then, when I found it and told my friend we'd go elsewhere for her passport when we were done, he told me I needed an attitude adjustment. I'm not a goddamn teenager, you're an old man on a power trip with people's livelihoods.
