Very sad. I am assuming these folks don't make a ton of money, but I am sure they have great benefits, a retirement plan, their work is as easy as pie, and the most difficult task asked of them is to sit in those training classes on how to "SLOW DOWN & ACT OVERWORKED". Even the postman that delivers my mail is angry and unhappy. I guess life was better for him in China. Right.

They all know they can't be fired so they do what ever they want and say what ever they want. This is why I have no respect for anyone who works for the government or a union. Overpaid, lazy, rude, lying snakes.

Did not receive a shipment the shipment prior to this one was left on the bottom step of an upstairs apartment where I live. Not even to my doorstep. Something about the postal person has bad knees then you need to get out and retire!

The last couple of times I have been to the post office on Warner in HB have been very pleasant experiences. I can't say that was true in the past but lately everyone there has been extremely nice and very helpful.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Once again they say they pick up my Priority Mail packages when, in fact, they are still in the same spot as I left them this morning. Package pick up is successful once out of 10 times. They say they pick up, but don't. If they can't complete the service, then don't offer it. Tried to talk to someone last time this occurred, but to no avail. Do not ever use their pickup service, you will be sorely disappointed.

Horrible service. I have a package stuck in my package mail box that has been there for four days because the key does not work. I've asked they remove the package and take it to my door 20 feet away, but instead they tell me the key does work and to try again when it still does not work! Completely incompetent. If they could get the key to work, they could take my package out and figure out the problem.

I had an issue the other day with package delivery. I spoke with the supervisor who was very respectful and responsive to my concern and addressed it promptly. Very pleased with the leadership at this post office, and appreciate his willingness to help resolve my problem.

My experience was with supervisor Ernesto p. And of course he wouldn't give me his last name. He treats everyone like they r the scum of the earth. He acts like he owns the place. My opinion if your not happy with life don't take it out on everyone else it only makes you look immature.

Those people that delivers your mail to your house r so stupid always putting my mail into some one else mail box over over over. I don't know why the US Post Office has those stupid people working there they don't even speak English cuz they can't figure out the mail address

The customer service was terrible and no one was helpful. My package was delivered the morning of and I went at 5 to pick it up and no one even tried because it was impossible.

Worst post office. Slow service, rude workers. Avoid at all cost. 1.5 hours to process one family of 5 for passports. I made a mistake on one form and was forced to wait another half hour when the family behind me had nothing filled out. Don't come for passports. One female worker said she hated it anyway.
