United States Postal Service, Victorville CA

I have never had to wait long because even though it gets crowded, the line moves fairly quickly. I have never had a problem with this post office and the staff and service have always been good.

I'm currently on a deployment in the middle east, and my wife sends me care packages once a week from the Hesperia postal office and never had an issue. But today, some lady named Rachel in the Victorville postal office decided to give my wife a hard time was rude and disrespectful if you don't like the job just look for something else Rachel. Don't have to be rude to people for no reason.

Why are the doors always locked after 7am on Sunday? The notice on doors show the new hours for the lobby. For Sunday it’s to be opened at 7 am. For 2 Sunday’s in a row I went to check my PO Box after 7 & it’s still locked. One Sunday I went back 2 x at different times & still could not get my mail. Gas is not cheap & my box rent is not cheap. How about having the doors open at the time you set. People are frustrated enough with the way the government is keeping us away from a family life. Don’t need the PO adding to our frustration. Thank you for your help with this situation.

I had a postal worker in the victorville office on greentree throw my mail at me. Then the worker next to her kick me out instead of addressing the situation.

When I gone it's been good line moves quickly even when it's to the entrance staff always courtious somewhat friendly but never rude much better than the DMV.

The USPS has lost 4 of my packages in 2020, this is ridiculous. I complaint for nothing, they keep loosing my packages and no response from post master or anyone.
Tracker shows delivered but no package in my box. I lived in Moreno Valley for more than a decade and never had any issues with the post office until I moved here.
The best you can do is change carrier other than USPS, it will cost more but deliveries are warranty.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET! I PAID FOR OVER NIGHT DELIVERY FOR $26.35. IT STATES MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF IT ISN'T DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS NOT. I GO TO THE OFFICE TO GET MY REFUND AND I WASN'T GIVEN MY REFUND BECAUSE IT STATES IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT ON THE COMPUTER.

WELL IF IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT, THAT CLEARLY MEANS I GET A REFUND BECAUSE IT WASN'T DELIVERED WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED!

AGAIN- IT SAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF IT ISN'T DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. THERE WERE/ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

I WAS GETTING READY TO GO OFF, BUT I CAUGHT MYSELF. THIS IS THE POST OFFICE IN VICTORVILLE ON GREEN TREE BLVD.

GIVE ME MY MONEY.

I requested a refund online and it was immediately APPROVED!

Lost my express mail. Says money back guarantee I asked for my money and was denied saying when the package is delivered I will get my money. Seeing as how I’ve been inconvenience for 3 extra days I shouldn’t be inconvenienced anymore on this I would think they would satisfy me with my money back. Stephanie the supervisor was rude and rolling eyes at me. I call this the worst Customer service. I will take the drive now to another post office in my area.

This place is completely unprofessional. The have admitted that they delivered a package worth $300 that was for my son to the wrong address. It has been almost a month and there have been no results on retrieving this package back. I have called countless times only to either be hung up on or be put on hold for hours. The customer service for this place is a complete joke. I want my package found and delivered!

Can't trust this post office with your mail. Someone is stealing cards in that office. Two birthday cards were never received for my daughter. How sad is that to steal from a child. Mailed a letter to my daughter that was never received. I would rather drive down the hill and put my letters in a mailbox then have them go through the Greentree post office. Management you need to check your people!

They lie! They said they delivered a package that couldn't fit in my mail box at my front door! Omg it was outside! My gate so it could be ripped off! My delivery man is a liar! Broke mail box and my gate just stuck Amazon package in mud. Sorry I tell the truth!

If you go before 11: 30 am its fast, but it helps to have your packages or envelopes ready to go also.

Just witnessed truck number 3306451 scrape a curb with her mail truck. Bet she doesn't report that like she is supposed to. On Tracy St, at 1: 30 pm, right front drivers side.

The usps tracking info says my package was delivered yet there's nothing in my mailbox. WTH such horrible service

I gave them one star. I have my package delivered at a business address which is always open from 7am to 5pm. I know for a fact someone is there and supposedly they attempted to delivered the package on 12/12/18 due to construction they won’t deliver to the area even though it’s still accessible. How do you think people get to work in that area and people that lived there? That’s just complete laziness.

The worst service provided by any carrier world wide. From customer service number to the customer service I don't even know how these guys stay in business. They don't have a direct option for operator and the wait time is always more then 40 minutes. Who has time to be waiting for an answer that long.

Wednesday 12: 30 I walked right up to the window. Got all my postal things done in less than 5 minutes. The window person was amazing. (sorry didn't get her name) But still 5 start for the post office.

This post office customer service is the worst. They say they delivered my packages never received them when I called them out on it they just whatevers it. UPS gonna get my $ now. I think the carrier is stealing or is just incompetent my neighbors all have had something happen to there packages.

I read a lot of the negative reviews and I have to say, I've been using this place for the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Yes there are long lines, but they move pretty fast. Maybe not the friendliest but never been rude at least you me.

I tried calling, yet the number didn't give me the option to use the keypad instead of speaking.

I can't use services like voice typing, and always have what I say misinterpreted, so it was frustrating that I wasted 3 minutea just for the call to go directly to the survey.
