Line was incredibly long, but moved insanely fast, Aleks was especially helpful and knowledgeable.

This is really late.but the manager Jessica over there is truly a great person. She helped get my package to me on time and tried her absolute best to make me happy. Long story short, i ordered some bike parts from a vendor with a promised delivery date. The parts were expected to arrive on a Thursday, which didn’t happen due to them shipping it the cheap method (fed ex smart post). The reason the time mattered was I had an event to attend to on Sunday and had to tune the bike on Saturday. I explained to Jessica my frustrating chain of events related to the package not being delivered on time, and asked Jessica if she could locate my package. She found it, but it just arrived in the morning and couldn’t be sorted through until after closing hours which would postpone the delivery date to Monday. Jessica did the best she could and got my package to me later that evening so I could make this event. I truly appreciate it Jessica. You are awesome!

Worst Post office ever. Rude employee's, lazy drivers and they steal gift cards Put a complaint in the Post Office Inspector General Maybe they will see all the complaints.

Im locked out of my box because bill was late, even though the "worker" told me i would not be penalized till after the 11th.employees rude.they deserve all the piss-poor reviews they got here.open my fn box! F this post office.

One star is too many. They lost another package and deliver my neighbors mail to me. My mail goes to who knows where. Phone is always busy. Why bother calling anyways.the response I get is " sorry we messed up, to bad so sad. " How about find my package! Or deliver my mail to my address. I'm tired of not getting my mail and getting my neighbors mail. No reimbursement for my packages. DON'T SEND PACKAGES THROUGH USPS. If it gets delivered to the wrong address by your postal worker your assed out.
