UPS CC - BALDWIN PARK

Paid all the fees to make sure I Received my Time sensitive Documents. Driver attempted to deliver but put notices on my neighbors door when this is not the address I called in to ask if they could hold my documents they told me They would be open from 8am-12pm I go in they only hold the package from 8am-10am? Why was this not communicated to me. So I wasted my time and Money thanks ups.

Employees don't know they're doing, they give false information, they don't pickup hours, location layout makes no sense and will make you want to kill yourself, they lose packages and laugh about it, they don't listen to the easiest of directions. Have developed A strong hate for ups and everyone who works there. Use Ups and watch your soul turn black.

Wondering if I should drive down from Washington state to get my package. It's been sitting there for days. Already passed delivery date.

I'm supplier and has been shipping with UPS and FedEx. I would recommend avoid shipping UPS as much as possible. UPS Employees will open your packages and steals your thing. Proof me wrong UPS!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have had so many problems with this facility and with UPS all together. I’ll be waiting at home for my delivery and next thing I know I go and check the status on the app and is says that they made an unsuccessful delivery attempt. They don’t try to deliver and don’t leave an infoNotice. Once, they even left my entertainment center outside down the street. My boyfriend and I had to go looking for it because we saw that it was marked asked delivered on the app. I’ve tried calling this place directly and they never answer. This particular facility was supposed to call us back to address the issues, but their management did not reach out. My boyfriend has tried contacting UPS corporate and nothing has come of it. When you finally get ahold of an actual person, and not a robot or automated system, they respond just like a robot would, and give you the same answer over and over again to any question. The responses don’t even make sense sometimes. I’m trying again and reaching out to this facility because I have been waiting for two packages that were supposed to be delivered three days ago and I still haven’t received them. This facility, and UPS, needs to get there stuff together. It is clear that they don’t care because there is nobody to hold this facility and it’s employees accountable. They have to start doing their jobs.

Bought my kids Amazon tablets which were mishandled at this location and lost! Ordered a large picture frame and was said to be delivered by this location and they attempted delivery and said I refused delivery and sent it back to sender. I did not refuse the package I was home all day and it was never attempted! Now here we are again ordered a pricey wagon and now it’s been mishandled and they aren’t sure when it will be delivered. Spoke to Joanna the supervisor who doesn’t care what is going on in her facility she just kept telling me all I can do is wait and see when my package gets delivered. Called customer service they are also so help. UPS in my area is disgraceful and don’t care about people’s time or money.

Terrible. They have left a package out on the street before and marked it as a delivery attempt. I walked out to look for an info note and I found the note attached to the package outside the apartment complex on the street. Always have issues with the place not delivering packages and I am not the only one who has issues that lives here.

They did a great job holding onto my order so i could pick it up and not have to wait for it to be delivered. It was in a great shape and the staff was very polite.

Package should have arrived Tuesday. Called on Wednesday and confirmed it was out for delivery and would be delivered today and it never came. I was home all day. Did the same once again on Thursday. Once again never came. Never came on Friday. Called again on Saturday and the girl said she has no guarantees when it will be here and my best bet is to drive all the way over to Baldwin Park and pick it up. Come on UPS! Get your act together! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

They said my shipping box is not good, one of them started punching my box to prove that. What a dick

The person who helped me had full of attitude. I showed him the tracking number on my phone screen and he said he couldn’t read so I gave him my ID to check and he said he couldn’t access to track by my ID or something (I didn’t understand what he meant). And he asked me for my shipping address. If he can read my address on the paper, why can’t he read the tracking number on my phone? He’s not blind or disabled or anything. Skinny short older guy with grey hair. I was there on Feb 12th 2018 around 7: 45 pm. I wonder who even hired him to do customer service with that b***** attitude.

Had option to choose different open seasonal job on Dec 5 and took it. Never heard from them again. Never got a question answered when submitted online because there's no legit phone number to call.

Terrible service I specifically requested not to sign for my package because I work everyday and I'm never home to sign for it. Yet they continue to come everyday and not leave my package. To top it off they don't anwser they're damn phone. Whoever is in charge of answer the phone should be fired!

Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed. / Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day. I've seen this message 4 times already this past week. More like the Screw-UP's

My very time sensitive package was delayed, I live 6 blocks away. They do not answer their phones at all during open hours.

I have my package held in this is location I want you to pick it up. They had pretty quick service and retrieving a package and verifying identifications if you need to have your package held this is one of the better locations to send it to.

This is a distribution warehouse for local region and delivery. This is also a place to send off a ups packages and mailing service.

I can't understand the negative reviews; each experience here has been amazing for me! Exceptional customer service from the friendliest staff!

Extremely delayed, not helpful in expediting process and provide misinformation about estimated arrival time. Even with guaranteed delivery days they do not meet deadlines.

Ups is suck! They said they delivery my package, however! I didn't receive anything! And ups customer service open a investigation for me, however! The suck delivery store! Which is this store close my investigation said that I received!
