It's been two weeks an they can't find my package an they DO NOT RETURN PHOTO CALLS I was told twice we would get back to me one hour one time two hours the next time still no call

Quick in and out. Walked in. No acknowledgement or greeting. I work with the public and always give a greeting and smile whether I feel like it or not. Not sure when this became an option.
