So. This has to do with UPS as a whole. I don't understand why they say they can ship packages to my apartment building but I NEVER receive any packages AND they change my delivery saying that the receiver decided to pick it up at a facility. I've even went to change my delivery options to pick up at a UPS point and it NEVER gets there. I recently ordered something that ships thru UPS and it said that I couldn't make any changes to it because USPS would be the final deliverer. Next thing you know they changed it to where I have to pick it up. Can't tell me where to pick it up. Then "weather" affected the delivery then now it's being returned to sender. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT SHIPS THROUGH UPS EVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience. The customer service center sent me here to pick up my package between 8pm-830pm, I dove 45 minutes out my way to find out they don't have my package. Wow

Horrible service. Drivers cant find my house and are unwilling to carry my packages down my walkway to my home if they do find my address

Waiting for my delivery for so long and still nothing. I went to their office and they couldn’t find my package.
I give 4 starts because the staff is nice and really trying to help

Use Fedex, these guys dont care. Every driver that comes in, sees lots of packages you hear them complain and says a bigger truck is going to pick up and they never do. I have an amazon order of 15 pallets they have been getting us a feeder truck for the past week. Supervisor to supervisor are talking on this one and they have accomplished nothing. So sad that's what we have to run companies with.

Completely inept as a company. They make USPS look professional. Use FED EX if its truly important to get your package delivered. I wonder how long they can survive as a company like this?

Negative rating for this UPS location most especially to Hollie. She's lazy and she held my package without my permission and asked me to pick it up. Very unprofessional. I hope she gets fired and i hope Amazon buys UPS and gets rid of all their lazy employees especially Hollie.

The worst courier service and customer experience I have ever received. I will never make use of UPS ever again. It's been two solid days that UPS has my parcel in their van driving around with it. Then the audacity to send me a message saying "delivery attempted and no one available" UPS has failed me once again.

No one is at the counter to help customers! Ridiculous. It’s called a customer service center yet no one at this location cares about the line of customers waiting.

Nice staff inside, I would highly recommend using them, but to dork who empties the overnight drop box outside in the parking lot almost always collects BEFORE the last pickup (i.e. 6: 00pm is the last pickup and it gets picked up at 5: 15pm). Really frustrating when you are rushing to get there by 5: 45pm and it is already too late. Now you have to park, go inside and wait to drop your overnight package. Not cool man, not cool.

I just bought a package online and wait for a whole week for it, and the UPS driver just write that “the receiver is not home for three times”! BUT, I WAS AT HOME. Also, in order to get the last time delivery, I even sit in front of the door for THREE hours! And NO ONE comes. On the website, it just write “the receiver is not home”. Now I understand how trash the UPS is.

Never using UPS ever again! Better off using FedEx or USPS! Estimated delivery date 8/28/18 then got resheduled to 8/29/18. Was last updated at 9: 04 am thato its out for delivery it's currently 4: 22 pm and still nothing!

We get there, first hard to find because of poor signage. Then, we walk in, no one greets us. We wait about ten minutes looking at a sign that says “Do not go past sign, do not yell, someone will be with you shortly. ” Sure enough, nobody came. I had to walk past sign, go into the back, and ask for help. The guy reluctantly helped. Definitely not a good experience.

I ordered plants and received tracking notice of delay from 5/25 to 5/29. On 5/29 tracking showed on truck for delivery, no show. Next day same thing, only after calling UPS regional office they had this location call me from a locked restricted number to tell me on truck for delivery that day, but it was left as a message, so i could not speat to them direct. I later learned from regional office, plants lost in transit, so they LIES in the restricted call.

Stupid driver can't find my house 2 days in a row and these idiots can't seem to understand the address is correct but you can't look for it on the Ave of the same name as the STREET I live on!

This place didn't open on time and had customers waiting outside for 30+ min after they were supposed to open. Several people asked the warehouse workers and drivers nearby and they all kept saying someone was in there, it was open. They weren't helpful at all and the door remained locked. We ended up leaving after waiting for 15 min. Their inside customer service is lazy and disconnected. It's a burden for the staff to help with anything. It's obvious they don't want to be there.

We always get ship our packages with UPS from this location. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant, never mind when I ask the same questions each time I go.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! If we could give a -0 we would.we HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A DELIVERY FOR 2 GOING ON 3 DAYS NOW. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT GIVEN BROKEN PROMISES OF TIMES OF DELIVERIES. ONE DELIVERY GUY CAME HAD THE ORDER BUT DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM. ONE FEMALE REP YELLED AT ME, REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME, AND HUNG UP THE PHONE IN OUR FACE. SHE TREATED US LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM ANYONE ELSE WHO USES UPS. SMH. GOMER PYLE WOULD SAY. FOR SHAME FOR SHAME FOR SHAME. BARNEY FIFE WOULD SAY. Just NIP IT. NIP IT. NIP IT IN THE BUD. MADEA WOULD SAY ITS A DAM SHAME! TO HELL WITH IT. I don't know what to say except for HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM UPS. ROBBIE KEPT IT REAL HE ADVISED US THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST PRETTY MUCH. THE DRIVERS DID NOT HAVE IT, IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY EITHER. It might be delivered tomorrow IF THEY FIND IT. SMH! WHAT CAN WE DO? WHAT CAN WE SAY? THINGS COULD BE WORSE RIGHT. WOW!
