31HR reps were very polite and kind and very very detailed in they're interview and I loved that because I know what's required of me and makes it so much easier to do my job (God willing).
Very poor and terrible expirence! First the delivery was delayed because the courier was lazy. I called the customer desk line and they verified that my address was correct and had no sense why it wasn't delivered. I request to pick up from the station because the customer service line said they are correcting an address which didnt need to be corrected in the first place.
Next day I pick up the package from the station. Very poor customer service and the verification process needs work.

Horrible customer service. I was at home awaiting a package that is a gift for a servicemen being deployed and time sensitive. They made no attempt to deliver, said I refused delivery and schedules the package to be returned and nobody has an explanation for my package whereabouts. I would not be surprised if the package wasn't stolen by the driver. I called to have the matter escalated I got absolutely no where productive. Never use this service!
Our favorite shipping stop. Or drop off point. People are nice day in and out, everyone smiles.what is not to like?
Juan helped us today with shipping our items across the state and went above and beyond!
Totally recommend this store and grateful Juan made our day when had no way to get items to our new home.

I visited this place twice today, in the morning & afternoon, Fantastic Service! Very helpful staff served me with in 10 Minutes! Thanks a lot to the Gentleman served me this morning & the Lady who served me in the afternoon!
Customer center that has zero focus on customers. All they do is stonewall the customers with bureaucracies.
Our package has said it has been out for delivery for 5 days but still haven’t gotten any info. Called customer service everyday and they say it will be delivered that day.
It is not clear that one need to enter the gates to access this location. There is big parking before gates but it appeared to be for staff only.
Inside there could be a line for few minutes, but overall staff helps quite fast.
It is a bit dirty but it is storage facility so somewhat expected.
UPS couldn't deliver two of my packages and returned back to sender. The status says they tried to contact us but they never did.
I called the customer care multiple times, and they said I would get a call every time but it never happened.
All other packages, for example, from FedEx shipped perfectly fine.
It is so frustrating.
Get very little help here unorganized one man staff. Rude and disrespectful. 30mins wait no help. 15mins wait and staff show up.
Driver attempted delivery.but I was at home the whole day.who knows wth the driver was doing.and when it says my package was held at access point, I drove there the second day.and guess what.that machine said “your input tracking number doesn’t match any record. ”

Officially the worst delivery center I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by; it would be a great day if my package ever get delivered correctly or on time. USPS does a better job than this delivery center in the area.
Bad customer service. Employees who work here are very rude and never cares about the customers. Next will not try UPS for sure.
Like others said, UPS is sooooo incompetent. They went to the wrong apartment to deliver the package (which is BS) and now I can't receive my package and have to go pick it myself. Because they don't make second attempts of delivery the same day. So frustrating! Stupid idiots!
Easily the most incompetent branch of UPS. Unfortunately the bulk of our packages flow through this center and one way or another they manage to mess it up. I'm just happy when things arrive - much less arrive in good condition.
USP is completely incompetent. Deserves 0.01 stars. Asked me to wait for a phone call to pick up package. Never received the call and drive over here to learn that "closed at 8: 30" but open "next monday". Come on, the DMV has better service! So explaining to the security person that I was asked to wait and never received a call or any warning about the limited hours, his reply was "they're not on the same page". 100% Agreed - UPS you're not on any customer's page.
They make you write down your tracking number for them. In this age of high tech, just seems backwards.
If your package has says it has been delivered and you dont have it - it may be at my house. Luckily I'm honest and send packages on to rightful owners. THAT"S how bad UPS service from this location has become
Seriously is it so difficult to match up computer generated addresses on a label to the correct house number and street? Unless I'm mistaken, most houses have unique street numbers which should make delivery a tad easier
We used to have an amazing driver however those days are long gone. I miss her- she was accurate, always knocked on door and so pleasant. Now, these UPS drivers drop off packages that don't belong to anyone in our house, sometimes not even on our street! Our house has two street numbers signs and yet, on a clear day - I just received another incorrectly delivered package. UPS is having us drop off the package.
There were no employee when I came in but there were a customer waited for his pick up item and another one on the self service shipping machine. When two employees came out with the parcel for the guy, they handed out to him and neither bothered to ask if I needed help. Ok, one of them went to the guy in the self service machine and the other one just walked passed me. I had to call her to get her attention. As a customer center, I think the employees weren't attentive enough to customers.
