If you are unable to pick up a package during their daytime business hours, you can call the 800 number listed sometime before 6pm and ask for a same day will call appt. They have a tent in the parking lot open from 8pm -8: 30pm for evening pick ups, by appointment only.

Got absolutely one of the worst attitudes from one of the Spanish speaking lady in her 50s at the pickup counter. She started yelling at me when I explained that my ID is not matching the delivery address because I am renting. She then kept on yelling "it's going back to the shipper it's going back to the shipper" like I am deaf. I asked her if it can be delivered Monday she said NO. Then I asked for the next day and she reluctantly said yes and took the package to the back. On her way back I heard her said that "it's going back to the shipper" under her breath so I had to confirm loudly TWICE with her that this will be redelivered the next day.

I was beyond furious with having to deal with her rudeness and filed a complaint with UPS. There were a couple of people that were there who were unhappy as well. This center is terrible compared to the Orange County centers that I have been to. Hope that the UPS corporate would do something about this.

They dont responsible for what they are doing. Staffs rude and ignorant customers concerned of lost package. They dont seem to take responsibility when they have lost our package.

There is a lady Linda working here.she give very bad service to customers.her way of taking is so bad.i don’t want to come here again.

Went there the first week of December so it was significantly crowded. Took almost an hour to pick up a package. All of that is understandable but there were literally no instructions on which line to get in. Apparently you need to see the cashier before you head over to the pick up area with your tracking code. Wasted a good 15 mins waiting to be told to get in a line that was running all the way out the front door and into the parking lot.

WORST Customer Service! Not sure if UPS even know what those words mean; no clue! They promise that someone will call in an hour or before end of the day. They should not give promises they cannot keep. They'll waste your time through and through. No brainer, go use Fedex!

They claimed 'The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made. ' and missed the delivery as i was not home. Without even attempt a delivery while I was at home waiting for the package. UPS suck. This is not the first time.

Horrible service. This is the third time I have paid for overnight delivery and not gotten my package, and EVERY TIME ITS STUCK AT THIS LOCATION. What is your problem!? Fire some lazy people and FIX THIS NOW!

Worst experience so far. Its understaffed. The line was coming all the way out of office. I had import duty on my package and when I called customer service they didnt bother to mention to take a money order or personal check to pay import duty on top of that when I was given package nobody asked for any charges and I had to mention it to them that there is import duty on it and they held my package again and asked me to bring a money order. I ll avoid UPS in future.
