I give 5 stars for knowledgeable employees and lower prices on shipping international compared to third party UPS stores like $20 difference. I see low stars for this place but at least they are actual UPS employees.

If you need it to arrive when promised, use Fed Ex. The worst part is that they lie in order to hide the fact that they are not on time.

The ladie suzzi over there is really bad and not helpful, the old guy alex was more than helpful and tried to help by staying after 10.30 pm but she made him not to!

Love the ups but OMG over 30 min in line, I understand theirs a process but have more people. You dont win if you have it delivered to your home you wait all day, and if you go in you wait for ever. Another thing is if you call the 800 num they dont tell you that your ID needs to match the package address (your info) if not you have to take a bill that matches the address and your name.

Sherman Oaks UPS driver are the worst when it comes to customer service and delivering packages, Was expecting a call back from either the manager or the supervisor I was advise I would be contacted by the end of the day it never happened. Including the customer service 800-number not very useful truly a waste of time. You’ll never get my business again switch to FedEx

I had very good experiences with UPS. But I had more bad experiences with FedEx than good ones that's why I'm staying with UPS.

My experience with UPS is about 50/50. Sometimes they are just horrible! And sometimes they are great! It just depends on the day, and on the driver. I too have witnessed some delivery drivers not even attempt to get in the building. What's up with that? Just make the effort and deliver! But also, some of the drivers are as sweet and helpful as can be. Maybe it depends on the area? I dunno. FedEx is really no better!

If I could give them 0 stars i would. I actually believe the drivers/people making deliveries are literally retarded. You can give them authorization to leave the package at you door and the code for the gate and they will still screw up the delivery. Completely inept delivery men.

When my driver messes up, the people at the customer center do a great job of fixing the situation. The most recent time when the driver didn't deliver (somehow the package never made it on the truck despite being scammed in), the supervisor at the customer center reprioritized my package to be delivered the next morning before 10 AM with the other early AM deliveries (I was getting a phone delivered and it was apparently locked in a container so I wasn't able to pick it up that night).

Absolutely the worst! Every experience with UPS is horrible! The driver can never seem to deliver anything properly. I've even seen how he doesn't bother try to get into apartment complexes, regardless if he has an entry code or not.

Then whenever I try to speak with customer service they refuse to assist with anything outside of "we can try and send it out for delivery again tomorrow. "
Yeah, like I'm that stupid. If you can avoid it, don't use UPS!

Awesome and borderline terrible at time but I get my packages just don't forget a piece of mail I'd your picking up for someone else.
