26Not once, but now twice, this UPS location has delivered packages to the wrong house. After the first one, I made sure they could see my house number, as it was to one of my, thankfully honest, neighbors. This time, they delivered my package to Auburn. I live in LOOMIS! Use FedEx or USPS. At least they can deliver to the correct addresses.
It’s a pandemic why can’t your UPS drivers wear masks into business and County’s that require them. Drove by Rocklin location to speak with someone and I guess that the culture to not take wearing masks seriously or the pandemic! Worst PR and health and safety nightmare Ive seen in a very long time! You should be closed for your lack of responsibility for the health and safety of the public. When store owners and customers have to ask your drivers to put masks on when entering business that is a bad sign of management and lack of education! UPS is a prime example of what’s wrong with our country!
My package arrived at your facility almost 2 days ago and it must be lost somewhere in the place? ! Sad. And disappointed
Somehow my house is last on the delivery routes. I've had a package almost get to my street only to have it continuously return to the warehouse for another day right at 9pm. Tonight I literally saw the driver uturn it out of my street at 9pm. You would think I would end up pushed to the front after several days but no. They promise the delivery time at noon but gets pushed to late in the evening. Maybe if the customer service center is helpful I will change this review.
Update: the driver called me the next day and apologized after I switched my order to pick up at the center. Apparently covid is making life crazy for them and his battery ran out on his little scanner deal. Changing to 3 stars.
Said delivered package, not true! Their proof is them saying it was delivered!
UPDATE: . 5 DAYS LATER AND THEY SAY MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED ON ROCKLIN, A COUPLE MILES DOWN THE ROAD!
Lady dide not speak english and refusede to anawer my questions! Said same thing ovwr and over again bad customer service
This is the first time I've gone to the main hub for UPS in our city. They were so helpful & nice. They knew I only had a few minutes before they closed so they gave me a box & put it together while I was creating the tag off the computer. It was so much better than one of those UPS stores, I'm definitely going here from now on.
The man working the counter wasn't very friendly. He seemed bored to tears and I interrupted his TV show. I will go to the post office next time.

Don't use UPS, they couldn't deliver a beer from the refrigerator correctly. It's simply pathetic! Last three packages I received did not make it on time! Negative stars!
Packages are not being delivered to the address as requested by the sender. This has occurred twice in the last two months.
Waited a while to get a package that was supposed to be delivered but was mistakenly not put on the truck.
The people who work here have an amazing and rewarding job that they take very seriously and do an amazing job at it.
The guy working there was somewhat rude, but I guess it's not really a place for customer service. We got what we needed done, so I guess that's good.
Went to drop off an item to return which was delivered by UPS to me. They refused to accept it said it was 3 inches too long. It was in the exact same packaging that it was received in. I was treated very rudely which was uncalled for. Someone needs to give some customer service training at that facility.
Always get lectured about not having packaged my shipments properly and encourage me to go to a specific place to get my packages professionaly packaged. I am an artesan who ship large packages regularly, been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem with delivery before i moved to this area and started using this HUB. Now my packages routinely show up destroyed or damaged at destination. Now i drive all the way to sacramento just to avoid these guys even though i live in roseville area. Not saying they purposely damage my packages, but i can't bring myself to go there anymore ever, gut feeling tells me to drive an extra 30 miles to sac, or pay this guy's pal to package 'professionaly' for me.
Lazy drivers.one day my package had an alert for needed a unit number and that next day (without me even calling in) it was mysteriously deliverable. I had another package from MAC that I waited at home for and when I checked the status it says the driver "attempted" but I was home all day. Need the package for a customer who was also waiting. Lodged a complaint with female manager but never heard anything back. Was told the driver was "new". I wish I could you that excuse at my job but alas I cannot.
Always go here to send packages. The satellite stores overcharge and my local satellite one is rude. Always polite, fast, helpful at this location. Go in the afternoon, no line.
Garbage! You guys are bunch of jokes. You tell customers you cant help them locate packages. When clearly you can due to friends informing you have done it in the past. #Fedex is better.
I use this location to pickup and drop off packages. For pickups, the location usually gives me a call to let me know my package is there and ready to go. I always show up with my tracking number and driver's license and have never had any issues. Wish they had weekend hours like a lot of FedEx locations in the area.
