26These guys are 95% of the time good. Every once in awhile you get the angry bird who wants to just be difficult.
The most rude and uninformed UPS staff I have every seen. You can ask a question and get 3 different answers from 3 different people. Very unprofessional and very arrogant! I have been using them for a long time but the last year as been the worst. I am done with UPS, period.
Just got a call from Sheryl at this facility giving me an update on a shipment that I have been tracking for two days. She was extremely rude and hung up on me the moment I told her that the package should be redelivered [long story short]. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I could not believe how rude she was.
Always friendly and sooo helpful.
Usually no lines, walk right up to a kiosk!
Also easy parking, right in front.
They get your packages early then they sit on them. They let the time run out so they can move priority mail. Don't use or visit ups
I don't know what all these people are complaining about. I order and ship a lot of stuff and ups is always on time and accurate on there scans. Thanks ups.
