Limited options people all couriers are limited staff, overworked and underpaid. UPS/ FedEx or USPS they all have been a mess with covid it’s like holiday rush and stress with less help.

Delays with communication but like any other Corp company this big they have limited help and overloaded with work during this worldwide situation. FedEx and usps are no better.

Came here to pick up a package that they lost at this location 4 times in four days and received a call that they found it and it is here for me to pick up. Guess what happened when I got here, they lost it again. It has now been an hour and a half of me sitting here waiting for my package and i received the call an hour before i got here saying that it was sitting there in front of them, so apparently it only takes them an hour to lose a package

The business hours are not what is listed here. I’ve gone twice to be told it’s closed. They have two time frames and that’s all you have in order to pick up your items. The most inconvenient of hours. 9-10: 30 am and 6-8: 30pm. You need to change this to reflect the hours listed on your website because what you have now does not work!

Every year since i was born December is a busy month. So either lengthen the time you promise a package delivery or hire more help to keep the promise in busy months like December. This is a silent statement that you have no loyalty or consideration to your customers.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Paid extra for air delivery. Package was delayed. Been waiting for it to be unloaded. Nobody knows the time it will be unloaded. Please nobody ship through UPS. Try and buy in store.

Ups in lathrop lost my birth certificate and just told me to order another one and that I would not have this problem again and that it should go smoothly. They stated that it might have fell in a crack and that they need a work order to see if the mainaince man can open it up to look. I have been on the phone for 3 days trying to resolve this problem. I am not happy and the lathrop ups is going nothing about it. I paid for expedited shipping to go through hell and waste my time.

Warning: if you are here for customer center package pick up, you can only pick up between 9: 00-10: 30am and 6: 30-8: 30pm see sign for confirmation of information. I was told on the phone when I was supposed to get my package here and that they open at 10am.

The truck driver admitted that he lost my package, but they don't carry enough to update the computer system so I can get a refund. He say he need to pull more data from his office to locate my package. It has been a week already and I still have not received my package.

Package was delivered next to my mailbox on the ground. No one rang the doorbell. I have been waiting at home all day. And this is not the first time. Usually they will leave it on the floor by my front door. They never ever ring the doorbell. With all these stolen packages happening everyday. I do not appreciate the fact that my package was left by the sidewalk. Such bad business and poor package handling. I would give zero stars if I could. Your driver is lazy.

Co-workers and my supervisor at the time were the worst. Thank goodness I left when I did. Worked there a few years back and grateful I found work with people who actually know what's going on in the world. Being surrounded by vapid individuals makes you feel even more out of sorts lol.

If you’re an outside driver with a drop it’s easy since you’ll right by the guardhouse& flip around to leave. Offsite location for an mt.

Only issue is I wish the checkin process was explained better or they had signage, since when you go into the warehouse to get to ship/rec you gotta navigate thru a maze of industrial size conveyer belts.

This place is huge and very streamlined and they do decent business. The one thing you really need to be careful of is inside security Berto Carillo in particular. He is a slimy little dirtbag that will lie to not only to his superiors but also the police to cover his tracks of douchebaggery.

UPS personnel are great people, they held the package at the Hub. Driver arrived at the Hub just in time for pickup. Security was very courteous & helpful. Will Call rep went above & beyond to locate & deliver package to vehicle. Will call 2000-2030.

Package from San Francisco was traferres to this place. Wound up being "lost" and never delivered. Lot of shady business going on at this facility it seems. Terrible.

Easy place to find. Like any other UPS, check in with Guards at the Entrance Drive. - 1 because you have to drive another mile or so down the way to another yard for empties.

This place is a joke you can only pick up your packages between a certain time and its only a 2 hour window. And in the title is says "shipping and receiving" but I was told that they don't take packages here.

My deliveries continue to be delayed once they hit this particular depot. When I call the one generic phone number for UPS I get zero additional help than what I can find myself when I look up my tracking info.
Call center service reps are rude, impolite and NOT HELPFUL what so ever. I had one rep today tell me the only other thing she could do would be to send an email request for an update and when I said "yes, let's please do that" she did everything she could to not send the request. After convincing her to please do the service she literally just offered me she was very rude, short with me, told me someone would contact me within an hour (which they never did) and then hung up on me. I called back 8 hours later and got the exact same run around from another service rep. No, they cannot give you any contact information for contacting depots. No, they will not reach out to depots and try to help you get issues resolved. As they are paid to provide what little service we can convince them to I am out money waiting on merchandise I should be selling.
All in all, I'm not using UPS any more. I would pay additional shipping rates to not have to deal with this service again.
