Very displeased. I paid for over night shipping. Been checking the tracking very closely each day, got an update that it was out for delivery on Friday morning, waited all day, never received the package. Waited all weekend. Called monday (today), they GUARANTEED delivery by the end of the day, got nothing, called back at 7pm on Monday to check and they guy told me that it hadn't had an updated scan since Friday morning and after 24hours of no scan it is considered "missing" ok so why didn't they first guy tell me that so we could've started this process 4 hours ago? !? Extremely disappointed. Needed that package asap. Have a flight to NY tomorrow and I guess gma doesn't get her birthday present.
