23I have only had trouble with this location, the don't pick up packages when they are supposed to. Don't ship on schedule. I would say use FedEx they work great.
They me ep saying that I, the receiver, have requested to pick up the package from their facility. That’s a total lie. Why would anyone pay for shipping and drive 30+ minutes to go pick it up from this HORRIBLE station? Have spent hours on the phone to no avail. There’s something fishy going on at this station. Wish I could avoid using them but most online retailers use them for shipping.
Avoid UPS at all costs. I just ordered my wife a pair of ray bans and when my tracking status was updated as delivered, nothing was there. In fact, Amazon delivered our orders from them with no problem at all that same day and they were bigger packages. UPS couldn't even deliver a small pair of sunglasses. Additionally, my wife saw the UPS guy that day and she inquired about our ray bans order and the guy had nothing for us. She also saw him drop off some things at our neighbors door. Their system is so disorganized. Who knows, maybe they just gave it to our neighbors and now we are out $200 just because they were careless to double check the apartment number. Their customer service is horrible and they aren't willing to do anything to help. Go with Amazon and avoid UPS like the plague.
