Urgent Care Now Fair Oaks CA

Complete waste of time and money! Don’t bother going there UNLESS you’re getting Covid tests or shots (that seems to be what everyone there is doing). They’ll make you wait 3.5 hours and then the Dr will give you two minutes of their time, no help, and tell you to just follow up with your pcp. Zero stars, would give the Dr.negative stars for being completely rude and unhelpful.

They only have one provider on at a time. I was seen yesterday and overheard they had seen over 70 patients. Hope the provider didn't misdiagnose me. I'm in the Medical Field and that's insane for one provider to see that many patients! Hire more providers and decrease the wait time.

Was disappointed with the communication intake of services. I requested a staff to wave their hand to ensure that I am aware when being called.since I’m deaf. The front desk staff did not give heads up to staff in back.
I asked for staff to write down on paper
One staff slapped my hand since she refused to write down what I was requesting. I wanted to know if there would be a reaction

Love it and feels like they picked some smart and caring doctors/nurses, assistants, and the receptionist is exceptional, positive and extremely helpful to the handicapped. A+ They are almost always open, which is hard to find and your worth the wait!

If you’re trying to get tested for Covid don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.
The test was not done properly, from the swabbing to the way the specimen was sent to the laboratory. The lab rejected the test I got inconclusive results and to make matters worse I’m finding out about all this 10 days later.

This place is awful. They don’t genuinely care about your injuries or illness and they will push you with lies right to your face to make you run more tests that you don’t need just to get more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.

Covid-19 testing is done poorly, the nurse didn't do it right and it takes weeks to get the results.

They clearly need a new receptionist.ive called 37 times in the last 2 days because my covid results are taking longer than others who went after me.the phone rings for MINUTES and not a single time was it answered.even had friends calling and they were never answered either.get rid of the phone number if youre never going to answer!

This place is good but always always packed.they should let people know about their Arden location. It's never packed there

The whole staff were very nice and professional.check in is easy and my niece and i didn't have too wait long. The staffs job is a hard one, be kind to the staff. Great job all!

Went in for laceration on my foot. Nothing urgent about this place and they finished prescribed medicine said is will be at my said pharmacy. My pharmacy never got anything called the next day and now have been on hold for a really long time after being hung up on twice

Good PA's and staff. Wait times can be long, but not unreasonable. It's first-come-first-serve, so don't put off your visit. Staff has always been friendly, competent and do their best to deliver quality care. Better than most emergency rooms around here for simple medical needs. They take most insurance too.

Fast, efficient and friendly! Clean & comfortable facility. "Zee, " was hilarious and put my boyfriend at ease with a good laugh, Alicia helped with a great smile and ensured we were set up with the most convenient pharmacy and the Nurse Practitioner that diagnosed him was knowledgeable and caring. Cost friendly and would definitely recommend to family & friends

Used to be somewhat decent here in previous visits but they changed staff and since the ignorant and rude staff make this place stink, not using the services from this facility any longer. By the way they don't have doctors there, only PA, place is mostly worthless besides going there for something simple, with the staff that work there now I don't recommend going there at all stay away from this awful place.

No doctors only pa and and they seem in a rush always.
Been ok but recentl visit took very very long.
Previous staff was nice new staff is like a rude ignorant monkey no brain or ethics.
Not using this place again.

Wonderful friendly and fast. Why would anyone go to the ER or primary when you receive URGENT CARE NOW. Lol would recommend to anyone. Thank you awesome business idea.

This clinic does a great job for quick fixes. Fast friendly and close to home. Great hours, and it doesn’t hit your insurance $$$$ hard the big corp companies do.

I've read the other reviews. Some people have had a bad experience here. Don't know what that's about. I've been here a few times for myself and other family members. Always been seen quickly. The staff has always been friendly, kind and professional. Never felt I was given bad service. They take a variety of insurance including Medi-Cal/Care. Its a great option if you can avoid the E. R.

They were super fast getting my 4 month old in. The place is clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They were one of the only urgent cares in the area who took babies which is why I went to them. I will be using them again.
