I have been couple times but the staff don’t like patient and they are really route. In side bathroom and patient rooms are very dirty and dustbins are full. Look to pic.s

I am going to complain department if any one have the email or contact number.

The staff is friendly and discreet, they do their best to make you feel comfortable. The doctor is knowledgeable and thorugh, she addresses issues even if they aren't your primary complaint.

First time here, went in for a simple prescription refill. I am from out of town and could not get in to a local doctor until July. The staff for the most part were nice and friendly, However the Nurse practitioner Tracy was very rude. She came into the room and had an attitude about her, despite me telling her my situation she acted like she did not believe me. Tracy was rude and dismissive and i would not recommend coming here. Her attitude ruined the whole experience.

In my experience with this place i have been given the worst treatment and the worst care in general.this place is ran like a business with terrible costumer service and that’s now how anything in the medical field should be operated.very dissatisfied.

Great place. The front desk was helpful and I was seen by a doctor and had x-rays taken within an hour.

I have visited this medical office yesterday at 8: 20pm and got my prescription for the antibiotics then I headed to CVS at Dewey. They didn’t find the prescription from the doctor but this urgent care says they already sent it to that pharmacy. 1*. Never go there, I’m still waiting for my prescription with 100.5°F fever.

I come from Jackson all the way to urgent care now because its by far the BEST urgent care around. When I can't get my children in to their normal doctor, this is next best place! Short wait, amazing staff, and reliable doctors!

This place isn't not great. The most frustrating thing about them is that they are IN-NETWORK with my insurance, but I constantly get a bill from them. Not sure if it's my insurances fault or theirs because they each blame the other, but I avoid going there because it always means a fight with both their office and my insurance once the bill comes. Plus, I won't get into the nasty details, but they for sure misdiagnosed me on one visit.

There billing is the worst. Staff are friendly but obviously don't know what they're doing. First visit was to get bloodwork which took them more than 1 attempt which is whatever. But second visit my boyfriend and I went in, he had cellutits on his calf and was given an intramuscular shot of rocephin in the gluteus which caused him lots of pain for months, not good. Staff at the front told us they would let us know prior to any procedure the cost but this never happened. No paper work was given to him approving any charges for this shot which later on he gets a bill on the mail. Then couple months later I get a letter from collections for myself, so I have medi-cal as my insurance which apparently was not active. So they saw me twice, you would think they would tell me they can't see me the second time and let me know I have to pay for my first visit but no they went ahead and still saw me. I use to work at a urgent care and first thing prior to seeing any patient is to make sure they're insurance is active, common sense. Anyways I called couple days ago and apparently I needed a referral from my primary care prior to being seen which I was never told about and does not make any sense. Then what is the point of an urgent care? So it's 4 days and I have not had a call from them. I guess it takes a long time to look into this and figure out that it is against the law to Bill a medi-cal patient and they could expect a big fine if they're doing this to a lot people which I am sure they are. This urgenr care is all about money and taking advantage of people.

I went in for a TB shot, it was a brief wait and was out and about my evening. They were friendly.

Terrible experience. Waste of money. Receptionist is was very nice and polite, but doctor was terrible. I came with stomach pain which is still exist! She said I don't know what's that and gave me prescription for pills that helps remove heartburn. What's wrong with you?

After girl from pharmacy confirmed my suspicion about this urgent care. She said that I'm not first who comes without diagnosis for random drug that will not help.

Really simple process. Go online (or walk in), select an available time, show up 10 minutes early, fill out paperwork, pay the co-pay and get seen a few minutes later. Was seen by Jackelynn, a Family Nurse Practitioner and it was a quick and simple diagnosis. In and out in about one hour. One of the easiest medical appointments I've ever had. Great place for urgent care.

I experienced efficient, speedy, and compassionate care from the first phone call to leaving the clinic with my prescription in hand. Staff was awesome and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, personable, and clearly had an appropriate command of her field. Highly recommend, especially for those with medical or no insurance.

It was a great experience. The staff was in very good spirits which makes any Dr.s visit much better. I was in and out in about an hour and the staff even called in my prescription. Kudos to you all.

Very friendly staff, good music, good magazines, and a care provider who was completely sweet and caring. Also, there was no line on a Sunday afternoon.

Walked in and was about to pass out. So they take me back to a room immediately to lay down. Lack of oxygen made it so I got lightheaded and dizzy. I mention that my whole issue started with a migraine. So that ended up being the main focus of the physician that saw me. The real issue was that I wasn't getting enough oxygen and had low blood sugar. But it was all about the dynamics of my face. How one eye sagged more than the other. (I heard about that 20 years ago) Seriously, 10 minutes of her trying to read me face. And I tell the chick about the stuff I've been through in the last year like divorce, child custody, ridiculous car issuses with repair and reg. Her diagnoisis for me? Depression and anxiety. And that I need to handle the migrains. Which I've only maybe had one in over 2 years. So, I'm probably in for some ridiculous respiratory infection, bronchitis, or pneumonia because it wasn't addressed. She listened to my breathing with her stethoscope over a sweater, a shirt and a tank top. She barely listened because I couldn't catch my breath. Don't get me wrong. She was super sweet. But she couldn't cure my issues with her sweetness and symapthy no matter how hard she tried. I had to wait in the front office area after for about 20 minutes, while I was clamy and pale, to get my paperwork and prescriptions and then felt rushed out once I was done. So here I am coughing up the green "there doesn't seem to be an issue" stuff, hoping I can sleep without reminding myself to breathe, and hoping that my simple diagnosis of "depression and anxiety" will keep me from choking on my own fluids. I shouldn't have started out with the migraine comment. I'm more worried about a serious lung infection issue. (I ended up having pneumonia and had to stay in the hopital for 8 days!)

Came in an hour before they closed from having a very high fever and back pain for a couple of days. They got me right in and were very sweet with me, and very patient! Got diagnosed with a bad bladder infection. Took maybe an hour all together, with only a $50 copay. Considering the next available appointment with my pcp wasn't until two months out, I got the relief I needed and I am so very grateful!

This place was the best. The ladies upfront were the sweetest and the physician was awesome. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Which is always nice when you are in pain.

Heard about this place from a neighbor. You can't compare this to any other. Having gone to many of these after hours clinics over the years, they are head and shoulders above the rest. The PA that saw me was fantastic. Diagnosed the issue perscribed the treatment and I was out of there. Great bedside manner, staff was friendly and compassionate. 5*'s isn't enough. Don't go anywhere else. Oh, short wait. I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and well worth it. Thank You
