U.S. HealthWorks Urgent Care

This place is very busy but the front staff handle it all very well. I was there to take a drug test & also got blood work done. The process was smooth - once I got to the back, it took about 10 mins in total. The facility was very clean.

I came to my appointment as scheduled for physical drug/alcohol screening. The staff and doctor were cool. She even joke about her short hair. It was about 45 minutes- hour from the time I was seen to the time I was done.

I came to this Urgent Care without very high hopes and expecting to wait for hours before I would be seen, but I was really pleasantly surprised! I was seen really quickly after I came, and I really liked the doctor who treated me. She had a great sense of humor, made me feel less anxious, and explained everything clearly. All my questions were answered well, and I received great follow up care! All of the nurses were great too!
All of that being said, this will be the Urgent Care I come to with any future problems I might have. I highly recommend going here! Best Urgent Care I've been to in Sacramento!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and this is by far the best Concentra I’ve been at without question. Management at this facility must be doing something right because I was throughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. I look forward to using this facility again in the future.

The guy that did my blood draw did a horrible job and left me with a big bruise and I have a very good vein in my arm, not hard to find at all.

My test results are still not in and it’s been two weeks. My work is stating that you guys didn’t send ANY documents regarding my Covid test. I can’t be paid until they have that information.

Needed a drug test for an employment screening. I was in and out of the clinic quickly and seamlessly.

I was put on 2 holds to get basic questions answered about their mask fitting before even going in. On arrival It took quite some time before the front desk staff even acknowledged me standing there. The front office team seems more interested in communicating with each other about work related and non work related things. They were un organized but not even busy! My wait was longer than expected considering there was only one person in front of me. Extended time in their lobby is not desireable. They have no n95 masks to use for mask fitting but still charged full price for you bringing your own, when I noticed the facility supervisor behind the desk I mentioned this to her and she was artificially briefly receptive oh, I wish we could give a discount she said. The authorization to release your medical information they have you complete for your employer is the same if your self pay, (no employer to release information to) so they put their main office information including fax number and gave me a hard time about not wanting to say I would sign to have my records released to some random address and telephone number they put on the release trying to assure me that they were not going to send it to that phone number or address but that's just what they put on there. Nope! The clinician that actually did my mask fitting was awesome! It was very quick but thorough and effective. I would never go there again for another service unless I had to, again the clinician was the best part of the whole thing, the rest was a long and drawn-out annoyance with questionable paperwork and high cost

People were very nice and helpful in maintaining social distance. My only caveat is that I had to wait a while before I could do my drug screening and wasn't told how long I might wait. Other than that, all good!

I got there at 12: 45 to be fitted for a mask. I was not seen until around 2. I realize not having the proper paperwork complicated things but the receptionist had me email it to her to print it. It was another hr before she told me it didn't go through so had to send again. She could have told me sooner.

Everyone is very pleasant and caring. But it's always one that stands out and that's Justo Valdez he is kind, caring, and a really friendly guy that makes my visits go well.

The staff is great. They are very polite and friendly. My only complaint is Kirt, the physician assistant. He was very rushy, hard to explain my symptoms because he will cut me right in the middle. Yes, it takes forever to be seen. We are taking of long hours sitting there at the lobby.

I had an outstanding experience with everyone and their professionalism was exceptional. The treatment I received was absolutely Grade A and certainly appreciated.

Ashanti is the best! They are helpful, friendly, organized and professional. Love the office, but especially Ashanti!

The receptionist are unorganized, not helpful. Yesterday they made me wait for over an hour just to tell that they can't do my x-ray. They try to blame it on me and asked me if I signed-in which I did. Unorganized and unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and sincere. The X-ray tech was very friendly. They even give you good bags which I thiutho was a very welcoming touch. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the wait but not enough to take away from the friendly experience.

Been coming here for a while! Kirk, Angela and Justo Valdez as well as the ladies at the front desk have been awesome! They’ve take good care of me

I was impressed with how fast they called my name. The staff was friendly, the doctor was friendly. I felt taken care of. I did not like the lady who drew my blood in the lab. She was an older woman and seemed in a bad mood. Over all.my experience was a good one and I liked the facility.

Everyone was very professional and nice. The only complaint is that I waited a long tome. It was 3hrs.from the time I checked in until I was done and left.
