I will say that different locations have different outcomes. The Alhambra and Stockton blvd US Health works was prompt, informative, and I felt like they cared.

Everyone there was very accommodating and helpful. The girl who performed N95 mask fit was very conscientious

I arrived at 11: 34 am. Waited forever to be seen! Got out at 3: 50 to a parking ticket on my windsheild. They only have two hour time slots in the parking lot and you have to put your license plate number into the pay kiosk. I went into the health office and gave my license plate number to the receptionist who said it was validated! I came out 4 hours later to a ticket on my car!

They picked up the phone and was told to hold.
I held the phone for more than 30min without update then, l gave up. Very unprofessional!

Went there for a drug screening, got there at 10: 30. Left at 2: 45, staff was nice but would not recommend ever going

I went here for a pre-employment drug screening. The many one-star reviews warned me that it would take hours, so I took the day off and biked to the building to avoid parking issues. I went in at 1pm and was out by 4pm. The actual screening took 5 minutes. The staff were kind and the waiting room was clean, but it’s ridiculous that taking PTO for a pre employment drug screening is necessary here. Thank you, one-star reviewers, for the warnings.

What's the point of having an appointment if I had to wait for more than an hour and a half? Would not come back to this facility for any medical appointment.

I walked in to get a pre-employment drug test around 9am and there was 1 person in the lobby (who was just waiting for someone else) so essentially no one was waiting but me. It took them over an hour to get me in and do the test. I don’t know why it took SO LONG.

There is no excuse for the wait time at this place. People with appointments waited almost 2 hours to be seen, and walk ins waited 4 hours. I was there for a simple drug screening that took 5 minutes once called back. I was in the waiting room 3.5 hours for that. There must be a more efficient way to get people in and out.

On July 16 2018 I was injured on job check in at 10 am and still waiting this should be first come first serve.

This place doesn’t not value your time, and the appointment systems are jokes. Spent about 2 hours here for simple checkups while I could’ve been doing something else.

Waited about an hour just to give a urine sample. Not even very busy here. Employees moving in slow motion.

Incompetent staff, disinterested doctor who didn't even so much as introduce herself when she walked in, disorganization throughout the entire office, and an overall giant waste of time and money. Their levels of pure ineptitude would be at least mildly excusable if they even pretended to care about their patients, but they can't even manage to feign compassion. They might as well dress up like clowns and dance around while bumping into each other. At least then you'd feel like you got something for your money.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm an ER nurse i understand working with the public and in this profession. But these people are rude, not friendly, always slow, always behind and have no sense of urgency. I wish my agency would use a different company for our compliance.

Very nice staff but they forgot about me some how and I had to wait 2 hours before I was seen.
Frustration is real when you only ate enough to be ok.
This is only for a pre employment PAT service tech test
