40Gross incompetence and lack of communication skills combine to produce inept and substandard customer service. Excellent managerial and executive staff at the upper level. Basic day to day transactions and deposits, address changes, mailings, questions, account issues are mishandled, misunderstood and misread. The staff needs to learn how to call the customer and identify issues over the phone rather than the complex message system. This is unusual for the USC brand. As a USC alum, I am truly shocked and disgusted.
Worst customer service ever!
Took over an hour to have my son added to my account because the teller lacked knowledge, experience & had absolutely NO clue what she was doing!
She had NO people skills when it comes to interacting with the public!
Got my car loan through USC Credit Union. Customer service was top-notch and I received a great interest rate. Overall, really happy with my experience. Thanks USC Credit Union, and Fight On!
I prefer this one instead of the one on campus. This place is nice, clean, cozy, Y () U can sit down and watch TV thei in the credit union while Y () U wait. The air condition is () N, the BATHR () () M is clean. This place is SAFE. I really appreciate ALL () f this and M () RE. I can ALWAYS IMPLEMENT WHAT I NEED () R I WANT TO GET D () NE. My 3 is F () R the workers WH () need to acquire better CUST () MER SERVICE SKILLS Matt, Fransisco and William. Kent needs T () RESP () ND when being ACKNOWLEDGED. () rlland () and the security guard () fficer Mr. Seize are () K.
All I can say is their online check deposit system is the worst. I suspect it was contracted to some low performing clueless vendor employing some lame engineers who are clueless in designing a proper and robust algorithms. They need to fire the vendor who implemented and get at least a half way decent performing systems in terms of accuracy in recognizing checks, even in near perfect lighting (which the present system does not do), and speed in detecting check data.
After being at this place they are difficult they have no respect for their clients or member. With unexceptional service they are not good bank place at all
There was an issue with the waiting time, but one of the representatives acknowledged the issue and addressed to me right away. I appreciated that. The actual bank service is fast, efficient and friendly.
I’d been trying to get an issue (caused by them) to be resolved for a solid month. They kept promising deadlines they wouldn’t follow through on.
I literally had to drive all the way there three (!) times during work hours in order to get them to finally handle my issue because there was zero communication on their part whatsoever. On the last of those three visits, my customer service representative said, “You’re back? I thought she sent that email to you. ”
On the plus side, they have free coffee that might make up for the disregard they show for their customers.
My dad was one of the first credit union members back in 1970, This credit Union is highly recommend, our family is so grateful and thankful for the profecilim and the services, special thanks to Ms Ana Salazar an excellent and incredible representative. At the main branch on campus.again thank you and God bless you all. The Caceres Chandler family.
Love this place. Once you get used to thier business hours for both branch and atm. It's good. Easy parking and friendly staff. I will definitely go back and ask for a loan.
Radine was exceptionally responsive and helpful through the process. A really great customer service overall.
USC Credit Union is one of the best institutions at USC. The staff are focused on support, care and sound financial advice. They are professional, prompt and offer the best value and advice across real estate, car loans and general financial support.
Radine in particular is always great to work with, but honestly I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff. I highly recommend USCCU!

I was waiting for confirmation of an application and it did not come. A week later, I emailed the credit union and let them know what was happening, they were on it. Turned out to be a technical glitch and they were waiting on me! From that point forward, it was effortless and I was very pleased.
I just applied an auto loan from USC CU and the process is very easy and fast. Radine Cortez and Briseida Bobadilla are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them and would definitely choose them next time.

Amazing service! Joseph Cordova was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. He answered emails quickly, and when I called, he almost always picked up phone-or called me right back. This is service I haven't come to expect from most organizations. Working with him was truly a pleasure.
