I went to the USC Credit Union feeling like there was no solution to my situation but that all went away soon as I met with Sandra Gonzalez (Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer. She immediately put me at ease and took charge of the situation. Not only did she resolve my problem, she introduced me to another USC Team Member Jorge Cuevas (Vitual Branch Loan Supervisor). Only open Monday - Friday. Inconvenient for employees who work same hours. I have card issues over the weekend and can not access my account all weekend until Monday. Credit Union needs to improve its availability to employees who are not on campus not just students.

A+ outstanding service! I would give Eric a 10 star rating if i could. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was uncertain of what bank to choose to finance with. For a first time buyer, we know the process can be painful and frustrated the process can be when dealing with banks. I am so relieved I opted to go with USC Credit Union's financing. Once the application was completed, I received an email and phone call from Eric B. Eric was so helpful and guided me through the whole loan and purchasing process. He responded to my emails and phone calls promptly. Any questions I had were explained in great detail. He even called and emailed the dealer to make sure we were all on the same page in terms of what documentation was required for me to purchase my vehicle.
