Telephone Company Verizon reviews
33Talked several vz stores round city, this store def most knowledgeable and helpful service of all! !
Terrible management and worse costumer service definitely. They gave me wrong advice and when I ended up to the unexpected bill non of them took responsibility. Even store manager did not bother to follow up with his team or response to my email. At least they could apologize but nothing except ignoring. I have never seen this terrible costumer service!
Parking is bad. They have a guard at the door. I have dealt with Verizon for decades good service.
Sold out of SIM cards as of August 29,2020, but the website still let me place an in-store pickup order here.
How can a phone company NOT sell you a phone at the Phone store.
I was told by the Attendant to "Use the App or call Customer Service.
I will stay with Sprint.
They charge my 100$+70$ for entrance to family plan. I very sad that monopoly in US is huge. They want only money. Do not believe who say good things about this store. Very bad stuff. Go to see and buy online.
I’m not sure what her name was, because her hair was covering her name tag, but it was some of the most subpar service I have received from Verizon. I came in after throughly researching the warranty I was coming in for and not only did she make it seem like I was falsifying information (which I found through the Verizon/Otterbox website) but she also just had a generally rude & dismissive attitude throughout the entire engagement. Next time, it would be great for manager to take over an interaction if employees are blatantly having an issue providing a service they are being paid to do.
Definitely the best network, and the store associates are nice and take care of their customers. The network is great as well
Strong staff, great location. If it weren't for Verizon's built-in excessive bureaucracy and difficult processes, I'd rate these guys at five stars.
Came to this store to buy a SIMcard for my phone, the staff was very friendly, telling me the options they had and helping me step by step to configure it. It was very fast.
Been in here several times. Staff has always been able to solve my technical issues and willing to process warranty claims for my pixel phone.
I came in here for a 64gb mini card. They had 16,32, and 128. Or course. But more of course was the fact that they were all super expensive. Anyway, everyone was polite with delivering the disappointing news to me.
Very poor customer service. Manager is an arrogant bully. Staff proved to be lacking in knowledge regarding iPhoneX. $150 paid for prepaid unlimited they couldn’t get working on my iPhone. Went back for refund and told to get lost. Thieving frauds.
Verizon would rather force payment of pennies for their mistakes then keep a customer who spends thousands.
They have all the top of a line phones that come with awesome prices backed by good warranties.
Have a pre paid from them and unless I pay for some kind of service from them I can't use my phone at all.
Not even WiFi.
Holding my phone hostage until I get pay for service from them.
They suck BIG TIME.
The absolute worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. The staff member who was supposed to help me was incredibly rude, literally questioning why they would bother helping me. Unfortunately I never got her name.
She finally put me on the phone with customer service who kept giving me new numbers to call - no one being able to help me.
Finally I went to AT&T whete they were able to help me with the problems I had that was caused by Verizon.
I lost my SIM card and needed a replacement. There was a 30 minute wait, but the very kind lady who was scheduling people was able to sort out my SIM card situation almost immediately (and free of charge). Needless to say, I was very impressed!
That being said, expect a wait at this location.
It’s a cell store. They have friendly enough staff although if I’m not looking for a new phone I get the sense I am being rushed along
I've been coming here for years. When Lee was the manager here the service was great. But ever since she left it's ridiculous. My company is down the street, so any issues with company phones tend to default to this store. Unfortunately. They're consistently slow as can be. There's always plenty of staff, but for some reason they just walk around and look clueless or zoom over to anyone looking at products. Presumably to get the commission.
I'm baffled how it can possibly take 3 employees to help a person choose a case when a simple SIM card swap requires an hour + wait. If you can avoid this store, do yourself a favor and skip it. Go to literally any other store and cut your wait in half.
EDIT 2/10/18 - To my surprise, Lee is back and the store has literary done a 180. It's been completely remodeled since I was last here and it's a whole new staff. They're friendly (not fake friendly) and helpful. Thought it was only fair to update my rating.
