This is a review on the customer service over the phone. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.
I'm currently at Verizon and they went above and beyond for me Friend. 6 days and three phones later they solved the problem of bad hardware that the fruit company said they wouldn't stand behind their product. You guys were wonderful.
Ryan was super helpful when I bought my.new Samsung Book. Great manager and my sales rep was polite, knowledgeable and did their best to save me and my.company money
Long wait for service. Sample phones on display were not all clearly labeled. Once I was assigned a representative, he was fine and tried to find me a deal, but availability check took a very long time, and ultimately, the phone I wanted had to be ordered.
The employees here are extremely helpful and energetic to assist you. The wait times can vary but they are always quick to get you all setup whatever your cellular needs.
Kind staff, professional assistance, overall rating is better than my visit with a Verizon store in years past.
Seemed as if the associate was not to willing to assist. I would have to check with other corporate stores for a particular item I wanted. But yet other Verizon corporate locations have assisted in the prior weeks. Bad service and lack of assistance or options.
Do not go this store. I got cheated because they did not informed additional cost to my plan when I upgraded phone. I asked many time that same plan and no additional fee, answer was NO, guess what? I have to pay for $30/month. They are not qualified to do this business. Believe me, I had ONLY verizon for last 12 years, I will switch to other company! Expensive, horrible service.
The customer service was great! Everyone knew what they were talking about and everyone was super friendly. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I came through the door. T-moble or att&t would have made me wait at least 20mins to greet me. Love every employee there!
