I feel like every time I go in to this store I wind up frustrated. It's not because of their product - truth be told, aside from being checked-in I've never even gotten to the point where I could talk to a person about a new phone, or my plan. I don't mind waiting; I can keep myself busy. I do mind waiting when employees are standing around talking to each other, checking their phones, or staring off in to space.
I like the mobile service Verizon provides, but not the customer service provided in-store. I'll buy my next phone from Best Buy, or perhaps a small business. I'd suggest the same for those interested in Verizon and good customer service. Rather, any service.
