Drug Store Walgreens reviews
34If I only could give them 0 stars I would. I waited for more than 15 min for them to take my prescription at the end I decided to leave because they saw me standing there and they wouldn't even say something.
I really recommend this service and expect that more people use it for their medical needs. It was fantastic; they walked me through the whole procedure, answered all of my questions, and the drug came quickly. Thank you incredibly much!
The medication I purchased from here was of commendable quality. It was a productive torment reliever. Also, the drug master was so obliging and pleasant. I would prescribe this spot to the entirety of my partners.
Some1 gotta clean up the broken glass in the drive-thru entryway it's been there for a couple weeks... C'mon guys
It was my first time visiting this pharmacy to purchase medication for my mother. They astound me and they gladly entertained me. They are both nice and welcoming. I will undoubtedly return here.
Had a wild night with my girlfriend. They had Trojans in the right size. Please pray I don't become a dad.
This is a busy Walgreens and I’ve always had good service from everyone. I’ve been coming here for years. All these other reviewers are entitled and don’t have patience to wait. The employees are doing the best they can and a friendly greeting and smile to them (from us customers) actually really helps them too.
This is my to go to Walgreens since I live in the area. Been coming here for about 3 years now and never have I experienced horrible customer service like I did today. The cashier by the name of “Eric” (I think) very rude, like he doesn’t care about his job. I asked if I could purschase/have two bags for my items and he replies” we’re not charging bags haven’t your heard of covid —19” like ok it was a simple question I asked. Never smiled, while scanning my items he just threw them in the bag, I still said “ thank you have a great evening” and nothing. This person needs some basic training in customer service. We get it we all have bad days but don’t take it out on the customer!
THERE WERE NO LINES, SOCIAL DISTANCE WAS PRACTICED AT THE PHARMACY AND TBAT LINE WAS SHORT BY TWO PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME I BELIEVE ON A MONDAY!
So.the other reviews that mention long lines are absolutely true. It took me about an hour to get a prescription for eye drops. With that being said, though, the clerks were very polite and did their absolute best to fill orders. As I waited for my prescription, there was a customer who only spoke Spanish. Joseph was the person helping me. He called someone from the front to help translate. The employees seem to be doing the best they can. It's nice that there are chairs for customers to sit in while their order is being processed. This pharmacy needs more help!
Don't send your FedEx packages here. One of a walgreen employee there she threw packages on the floor, she was very rude. Worst customer service.
Typical Walgreens. Has gotten better over the years. Don't expect much. You get the Walgreen experience. Period.
The pharmacy line is ridiculous long and they only have 1/2 cashier it takes almost 20 minutes for each person as they need to walk people through in how to use the medication. They need more staff this was supposed to be quicker as people are in need of their mess.
The cashier told me I couldn’t do a split payment between two cards forcing me to spend the cash I needed to have a place to stay tonight. I’ve never heard of something like that and he didn’t even try to ask someone else for help. It’s really disappointing and I needed the couple food items I had.
The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to.none of the staff seems to know what they’re doing.the wait is always extremely long.their time quotes are always extremely off.i’ve never seen a happy customer here.absolute garbage.
They do not except return nor change to another manufacturer of the same medicine even though I can't take the drug for some allergic ingredient so did not take any. They just asked me to receive new prescription. Rite Aid and CVS accept return or change to another manufacturer if they have.
I pick up my medicine monthly at Walgreens have been doing it for several years service customer sometimes the customers are not so good
I love Walgreens and their fantastic sales! This one I especially like bc its open 24 hours! They have a parking lot and is very easy to access.
The worst customer service ever! After 20-30 minutes hold on the phone, they'll get you and at the same time they talk to other customers wile talking to you on the phone! Not only that, in few occasions, they lost my original prescription, mixed up medications, lost track of refiled and left me without med for few days, so had to change my pharmacy
This pharmacy is a nightmare. I have a very basic medication that should be easily filled, and yet I manage to wait a crazy amount of time each time I go. I dropped my prescription off at 11am and was told 30 minutes and to come back later. I came back at 6pm and had to wait 40 minutes in the pharmacy. Terrible service. I’m switching pharmacies.
