Pretty poor, slow service at the pharmacy. They seem a little incompetent. Makes me concerned about trusting them with medications.

I live walking distance so i always come here and its literally ALWAYS understaffed.always a 25-30 minute wait in line because theres only one person at register and SOMETIMES there’ll be two register people.todays my first time at the pharmacy here and its literally no better.im here for a prescription i was told to come back in 2 hours for only 2 little bottles of medication its now been 2 and a half hours and theyre still not ready with my small simple order.i was supposed to take my meds hours ago! This place is horribly understaffed maybe consider hiring more people because business is terribly slow for no reason.no one likes it here.look at the ratings.

Former employer, they dont care about employees, the ass. Manager at the time Eric screamed at me in front of customers, and for that reason i left the work site, I called to get info for my w-2 a week ago Ms Gail she works there said girl just go on the website. Very rude, even the store manager and most leads. The bearly got security i had a lot of incidents where people would just come in and jack stuff and they will scream at me because i didnt do nothing about it.

System keep crashing at the pharmacy and they won’t give you your medicine. Luckily my need wasn’t great but there were elder people in need and the pharmacy refused to give them their meds.

As friendly as they try to be here, they're all so slow and seemingly incompetent at their jobs, I am still waiting after 40 minutes for them to find my FedEx item, which I specifically described as an envelope, and for some reason they seem to keep looking through piles of giant boxes, I've had a girl refuse to sell me wine because my friend who entered the store with me, but didn't not cash out with me didn't have her ID (she's legal and explained she wasn't drinking any when I complained to the cashier), not the lowest score I could give because there are some good people here, but for the most part they try their best and their best sucks

Went to this store Jan 4,2018 and the attendant doesn't know how to apply store credit instead of deducting it from the charge it was added hope the management gives more training to the personnel in order to avoid confusion and improve its customer service.

I dropped off a FedEx package at the on-site location at this Walgreens. After a few days I noticed on the tracking information that it had not been picked up by a FedEx carrier and a few days later it had been marked as held for pick up at the same location I had dropped it off even though it was supposed to arrive in another state. I visited the location to ask the employees why my package had not been sent out and they spent a long time looking for it only to find out that it was misplaced under a whole lot of boxes. I asked to keep the package to take it personally to an official FedEx location but instead the employee marked it as delivered to me. Do not bring your FedEx packages here if you want to send them. Instead take them to an actual FedEx center and not anything that is third party or works as an extension of FedEx in someone's store.

The pharmacy phone hold time is EXTREMLY long, and then when they finally answer they put you on hold again for another 20 min.

Growing up in Mid-Wilshire this was my go to Walgreens store. Love their great costumer service.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Worst customer service ever, and I had to wait one hour just to drop my prescription off.

Refilling prescriptions is easy and automated. I rarely wait in line and I feel like they give me personal attention. When I was at CVS I was on my own to hunt around. Pharmacy is the opposite of CVS. Pharmacy offers the best customer service and products in town.

This place is really disappointing, especially after all the money I've made for them with ALL my prescriptions. It's kinda funny how you can do things for someone who can't do things for you. Period.

I went to buy some drnks here with my coworkers late night around 11. As I was walking towards my car, the manager kept saying hurry up and leave. It seemed like he was in a rush to kick people out. RUDE

I would not recommend this pharmacy unless you are absolutely desperate. Worst customer service ever, and I had to wait almost 40 minutes just to drop my prescription off.
