Walmart Supercenter, Hemet CA

My wife had to wait almost an hour so the people at this Walmart finally were able to unlock one of the cabinets.
They are really bad on customer service

Normally I boycott Walmart but a friend insisted we go cuz ge needed something. Over all not a bad store.

We opted to do the Walmart Grocery Pickup today and if you order $35 or more it is free to pick up. We ordered groceries through the app and scheduled to pick it up at Noon. I received an alert at 11: 45am that our order was ready for pick up. It directed us to the pick up area on the left of the entrance labeled Grocery. The app allows you to check-in once you are on your way which allows the employees to get your order ready for when you arrive. The parking area is clearly marked with orange signs that say "Pick Up" and you just park in one of the empty spots. The app will recognize that you have arrived and prompt you to enter the space # along with the color of your vehicle so that an employee can bring out your order. Once I entered that information within 2-3 minutes a nice gentleman named Isaiah approached my vehicle to request the name on my order. He confirmed the order and any substitutions and asked for me to open the trunk. He carefully loaded the groceries and even asked if I would like the eggs and bread in the back seat of my car so they wouldn't get smashed. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Walmart Grocery Pickup from the Sanderson Walmart. It was so easy and convenient.

"TOWER" for on line pickup is WAYYYYYYY in the back of the store. The "Lockers" that are supposed to hold your purchase were "Out of Order! " Had to wait for an Associate to retrieve it from the back somewhere. Shopping carts crowded the area, and the floor was not marked for safe distancing. They need Curbside Pick-up at this store! Not happy with this arrangement forcing me to go deep into the store and have contact.

Employees busy trying to pick up a girlfriend from other employees internet sales how hard to pick up no one around they call people over and over and nobody wants to show up you stand there like an idiot and it's nice when you're disabled and cannot stand for too long

This store is decent for the most part. But before their hours of operation was 24 hours but then there were rumors of "kids" running through the store and stealing. And thus, they changed their hours. Who knows, either way, you will find what you're looking for. Just don't go there too late. They close at Midnight.

Walmart is like my 2nd home. 4 stars at my Walmart as there is no Gas Station. I believe
a gas station is important here as I'm limited in walking so I need a vehicle. Thank you to the owners as Walmart Stores are always centrally located. Boy, am I happy about that! I hope we get a Super Gas Station in the near future.

Order photos online and were done in the time promised. The staffing at the photo center were all friendly and helpful. Store was clean and neat. Good place to shop for photos in Hemet.

This Walmart is clean, there is a lot of parking and there are even cameras in the parking lot. I have seen a sherriffs portable camera station with blue lights, I'm sure it's to lower crime in parking lot. I rated 4 stars because it's sometimes difficult to get help from associates on the floor or they are difficult to find. If you need something from the areas where items are locked it can take a few minutes to get a hold of someone.

I don’t usually go to this Walmart but every time I do the black security guard is always following me or staring at me like if I’m gonna steal something

Nate was awesome, I don't know his last name he is some type of supervisor, he made my Christmas and he went way out for us. I have had many bad experiences with the rude older lady at The customer service desk, but my cashier and Nate was very friendly.

Walmart has changed greatly. I wasn't aware that if one individual is purchasing Liqure that everyone must show there licence or ID. There customer sevice is not very friendly if you do happen to find one who is willing to help you.

Great products, horrible employees! Customer service skills are a joke these days! They're rude, temperamental. It's rare you find a happy employee. Only the new employees are happy and then that lasts only so long. Walmart what are you doing to your employees to make them so unhappy? They're taking out their anger issues on us! Fix it or Amazon will put you out of business!

Return center is almost always run by one person while I see many including managers walking around chatting and standing nearby not assisting in the long line.my grandmother always has to wait around 30 to 40 min for an electric scooter. I try to avoid this store if at all possible.

I have an issue with a product that didn't perform under the warranty and the manufacturer is none responsive. I need Walmart to help me with getting the product replaced but I couldn't get the Assistant Manager to help even when I showed her that a previous manager was able to deal with the same problem.
My advice is to not expect that an assistant manager will be able to help or to make any kind of desision out side of normal policy even if it comes to common sense.
I am now waiting to hear from the manager to see if they can help me.

I give one start because it doesn’t let me put chose 0 but tonight i stopped by to buy a pacifier for my son and i was waiting for over 25 mins just to get the pacifier because they have them locked and when the person in charge of that department finally showed up she was all rude, i won’t come back ever again to this particular store

I liked this location on Sanderson today, smiling employees which is hard to find at Walmart even though the store was packed people were not rude! Also their clothes selection is great they have really cute item for great prices for all ages and gender!

Very busy tonight but lines not terribly long. Customer service could have used a second person to move people through better. No employee greated anyone walking through the isles. All had the heads buried in boxes

Shop here frequently. The service is good, though slow. I usually find what I need. Store is clean and well stocked, overall. Some out of stock issues.

This Walmart is still going thru some remodeling, so it tends to be a little messy and a little hard to find some products. They have recently installed a self service on line order pick up unit, which I used and it sped up my pick up time greatly. Once they finish the remodel I am sure that this will be my walmart of choice.
