Walmart Supercenter, Hemet CA

One of the nicer Wal Marts I've been to. Located in Hemet. Not really much of a shopping center surrounding this location. But this location should have just about everything you might need at those famous Roll Back Prices.

I got penalized a fee when it was the store associate who gave me the wrong information when i called store on the phone, all the assistant manager could say was oh sorry you were told wong information. They tried to make it seem like I was lying and asking was I sure I called right number so I told them number and what time I called and all they could say was oh ok, very bad customer service

Lots of changes didn't have my shoe size had to get a bigger size I ask the people there and said they don't have my size and don't know when they will get a new shipment

Overall clean, to include the restroom at the back of the store, compared with what I normally see at any given Walmart. This particular store was poorly stocked with empty shelves/hooks in the office supplies, tools, and curtain sections. Toys were well stocked. Did not check all areas of the store. The employees were not very helpful and kept hearing an announcement for any associate to go help a customer in the bicycle section. The announcement was made various times because obviously no one was going over there to help. I could hear the frustration in the announcer's voice.

Bought my son a bike. The cashier was very friendly. She went beyond being helpful. Told me exactly how to get the warranty for the bike and explained how helpful it would be to get it

The layaway policy of nothing under $10 can be put on layaway is absolutely ridiculous! So if an action figure is $9.98 you can not put it on layaway.i miss toys r us!
