Walmart Supercenter, Riverside CA

Love this walmart, their selection of items had improved. I feel like Walmart is the only one stop shop in the area, you can always find anything and everything.

This place really is hit or miss. Can’t really buy anything behind a glass panel because there are never any employees there to help. Also there was just juman feces on the floor during one of my visits

Instead of improving service and quality, McDonald's has succeeded in employing less than adequate personnel

Always smells like weed and has some sketchy people. Lipsticks and items are opened and tampered with. They asked me to buy an opened used lipstick if they give me a 50% discount on it. No thanks, not trying to get herpes.

I hope Walmart comes up with a better solution for securing their precious products. I have been waiting here at the is Walmart for 1/2 an hour. No body can find a key to unlock the glass cabinet. This has happened a number of times. I guess I will have to find another physical store to shop at. I definitely at this time don’t recommend this process.please find a better solution.

The store is ok. Most of the time the shelves are not stocked. Things not where it should be so you have to hunt down a sales clerk or find a scanner which isn't easy. Produce is ok. I buy the produce and fruit at another grocery store. I had everything I needed today except the cabbage, didn't buy it because it didn't look good so I have to run to another store for one item.

Very clean, however some of the staff that work there are rude and when you ask them for something you're looking for they tell you didn't you look or I don't know haven't worked here long enough.

Good ol Walmart. I love it and hate it. Always walk in for one thing and walk out with at least twenty. I love that everything is under one roof. Still hate the lines. How do they have so many check-out stands and only 5 open? It makes for a long wait and that can be frustrating when you're short on time. Yes, there is self checkout but there's no way that would work for more than 20 medium to large items.

Lines are long here. Need more checkouts open. Wal-Mart wants you to check out your stuff yourself at self check out

The thing about Wal-Mart in the app if it say's out of stock it's not and if they say it's in stock it's not this Wal-Mart is usually pretty good this month they weren't up on their stock
And I don't get 20 check outs only 2 open and one is express

Lines at the self checkout and regular checkout. As with all Walmart's, management is slow to recognize long lines.

Their phone service is terrible. I just called about an online order and was hung up on twice and was very rudely spoken to by a lady named Tracy. Customer service should be a key priority.

Lady at the phone center was great help.
Excellent service. Much better that big phone service stores.

I enjoyed my experience! They were patient during my first online grocery pickup. I appreciate that because I am real dumb with wife explaining what to do haha

I love Wal-Mart my only complaint is that they don't really have a movie and CD department anymore so that really stinks! Also there is never any cheek out lanes open that are not self checkouts so that's a bummer

Check stand 2 employee had her light on but a line closed sign out when you walked up to the line. This upset a lot of customers. When this info was shared with her replacement, all she said was that it wasn't her. Unprofessional. Disapointed today.

The ladies at the garden apartment exit, are the nicest. Very knowledgeable of product locations in the store. In & out.zoom.

Cursed out in the parking lot by the local gang members. DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD. I won’t be shopping at this location ever again. Senior citizens take care here, you might get run over. Go to the store on the east side of town.

I love Wal-Mart. Friendly atmosphere and the worker's are awesome. The store is clean & the lines moves quick. Thumbs up

I can always find what I want at a great price.just hate the long checkout lines when there are so many workers, standing around.
