Walmart Supercenter, Riverside CA

I love how they open the new registers, but double check your receipts. Today sale is $. 75 a pound for Anaheim chilies. I got home I seen I was charged $1.78 a pound. Grr!

I found something on the Walmart mobile app and was trying to find it on the market. The isle number was different. Finding the aisle was also a hassle! Almost no order for aisles in the market! Took me about 15 min to find the aisle z13 for example and none of the crews in supermarket were helpful!

I wish i could give it no stars. I hate all Walmarts! None of the employees ever want to help you. If I ask about a certain department I'm told that that person isn't available and they are the only ones who can help me. About half of the stuff that i shop there for are usually not stocked on the shelves and if you ask if they have anymore in the stockroom I'm told that the don't know. Are they not there to helo the customers?

Very spacious, safe parking lot with security patrols. Very nice staff and management, performing excellent customer service

Great store awesome selection of every day items from clothing to food or anything else you can think of. Fabulous prices. The store is well kept and well stocked. The checkout lines move pretty fast. Nice friendly staff. Great parking. Overall one of the best Wal-Mart stores all around.

Today wasn't good went to buy spray paint ask the clerk to take it to garden check out he said yes but wasn't there I didn't want all the water back to find out NITE one called So he can bring it

This location is very dirty and unorganized. Prices are mislabeled and management does not honor what's posted. The staff is slow and rude. Checkout can take 15 to 20 min due to long lines and slow cashiers. If a cashier needs a managers assistance with a transaction they take forever to come help.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, SPECIALLY IF YOU'RE RETURNING ITMES. THERE'S 5 EMPLOYEES ALL TAKING TO EACH OTHER, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (CASHIER) THE ONLY ONE HELPING CUSTOMERS SHE WAS SO SLOW, AND WAS TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER THAT SHE WAS HELPING ABOUT HOW SHE'S THE ONLY ONE WORKING BLAH BLAH BLAH. I GUESS IS WHATS EXPECTED FROM WALMART.

Normally I wouldn't have given it a for I would have given it a three but the service was really good got out of there quickly and I actually had people ask me if I needed anything instead of me trying to find them

Store was a mob scene! Lots of people not noticing or caring that they're blocking the whole aisle. Managed to get to the aisles I wanted, got the products I wanted.down to the batter. Associates all over, quickly stocking shelves. Asked a girl in housewares (story king (if she had seen a batter. Young Male employee comes, walks down the aisle, says "like this one? " Exactly! Great day shopping at Walmart!

Walmart made it so easy to find my sons back to school supply list. I was in and out in less than 40 mins. That list was so long i almost just gave up lol. But there was a really friendly girl organizing the racks that helped me get everything quick.

We enjoyed the food alot, it was real busy but the staff had it handled. We will be keeping our eyes open when.we are out on the road for more.

I thought I was going to stand in line all winter with just one costumer ahead of me.is it because he couldn't read.or just poor eyesight? ? !

Walmart is Walmart some people love it n some people don't. I don't shop there for everything but when I do I try to get in n out cause Walmart seems like they r always busy unless u beat the rush of people.

I HATE! Our Walmart. Staff is very RUDE you can never find what you have bought there several times always out of stock on something and when you ask they say if it's not on the shelf we don't have it. Checkers are very rude and never willing to help with anything.

We are experiencing good service right now, your staff seems friendlier, some of them. You Cashier Karen is by far the friendliest I've met at your store.it's always nice to see her, always a smile. There's another young lady at Self Serve by Fresh Veggies she was very helpfully to me. It takes me too long to do bag groceries myself. Your Security at the Pharmacy door a nice smile today. Pan handlers in the parking lot. Long lines. Products on the shelves set up to keep people from stealing. Customers driving their shopping carts rudely. Employee at the exit checking receipts to keep the customers honest.

They have Tide Pods under lock and key. You must push a button and wait for a Walmart employee to show-up to unlock the case. The employee must then walk the clothes detergent up to the front of the store to a designated cash and wrap where you can have the cashier go get it so you can pay for it. There must be a better way to help prevent shoplifting.like apprehension and prosecuting the lowlifes!
