Walmart Supercenter reviews
41 I always have a problem, with getting mobile chairs, being brought out to my car, I can't breath nor walk very long, I need a chair to enter the store and going out of store. I always make sure they are brought right back in, and if low on power I plug it in, for next passenger. I wish they would quit harassing me, The Managers do know me along with a lot of employees.
Thank you for listening.
I know your chairs turn up missing
If I see any Walmart chairs off your premises I will call the PoPo on them. I don't understand why they steal them. Handicapped people need these carts.
Huge parking lot, huge store with everything you could need in everyday life. I was able to pickup few items.with the help of a very friendly and helpful employee. She was amazing (sorry, I should remember her name!) - and in & out in few minutes
Waited 45 minutes for a scheduled grocery pickup which is insane. This place is always busy but they need to hire the appropriate amount of staff to deal with the amount of customers they have
When I arrived there, there was no carts. So, you had around 25-20 people roaming around the parking lot looking for a cart. Choice of meats seemed limited. Perhaps because it was Saturday, and the store was a little crowded than usual.
Though It’s always crowded! It’s the Walmart most complete talking about any products, you can find there anything. They have a variety selection of Mexican and Latin products. Normally I don’t go on weekends, never on a Sunday!
Understand that Covid has changed a lot of protocols and the luxury of entering and exiting from either the left or the right side has changed. They should put a sign out front "one way in, one way out. " I parked in the last aisle to the right. I was able to do my transaction because my license was expired but It took me less than 4 minutes to figure that out. Then i was told to exit all the way to the left side exit, where I had just came from, and then walk all the way to the right of the parking lot to my car. I basically walked across the store 4 times. What a drag! Goodluck
It was a nice experience. They were making sure that the legal amount of shopers were in the store by taking count. I had to wait outside in line but I didn't mind that at all. The store has tons of options.
Poor service. Appears most men underclothing is locked up. Theft is big issue per staff. Staff appear to be unhappy.
They deliver my grocery to my house. I pay for it on line come to find out some of my GROCERY WAS MISSING. All PAY FOR IT. I hate you WALMART.
This place has everything but because of its location, it is not a great experience. It's ALWAYS packed and is VERY HOT at the registers when you're waiting in really long lines. Fix your AC.
Well I definitely got to tell you I've been to a lot of Walmarts this one was interesting it kind of reminded me of going into American Horror Story looking for food. The staff wasn't friendly and the place definitely wasn't clean and the parking lot the lights were out very interesting probably wouldn't go there again
Just awful! Super crowded, people and stuff everywhere. No customer service. Took almost an hour to pick up an online order. Do not come here ever.
Walmart is rapidly becoming an everyday name for more and more services that we normally expect others to have. A very good place to shop.
Hardly any of the employees speaks in English other than that it's pretty standard Eastside Hispanic clientele and pretty good.
Gotta love going to the store such as Walmart supercenter because I remember in September 2017 I always wanted to go to Walmart and get Lipton half tea and half lemonade.
Bad service! A store filled with associates and not one of them wants to help their customers. Especially since they started putting things in those locked glass shelves, you'd think they'd have people available to open them.
Why are you looking at reviews for Walmart? Did you expect to find 5 stars? Ha ha ha that is a good one. It’s a Walmart.
I don't really care for this store always to busy and photo area is horrible twice I was called to pick up my film and when I got there was not ready and no one knows what's going on
Dirty bathrooms, employees are not knowledgeable about the products, no inventory search option for them to help see if they have items in stock, press the button to call an employee to open a locked case and took almost 30 minutes, not many employees speak English and the few that seem to do don’t speak enough to be helpful.even for Wal-Mart this is a pretty bad one
I called guest services to ask about a product and the employee just hung up the phone after I asked and after I called back a few times they kept answering and hanging up the phone. Worse service EVER!
