Walmart Supercenter, San Jose CA

I try not to visit any Walmart but if you have to then this is the place for groceries only. FYI you do not have to show your receipt at the door. It is your right to say NO and walk out.

I'm definitely going to have to give this store a 10 or 5 stars? Not because I have relatives that work there. But the store is Huge, by the time you get to the frozen section from the front, your gonna need another cart. And thank God their prices are low, so don't be afraid of the extra cart!

This store is so unresponsive. I'm here on aisle L21 trying to get a can of spray paint but I can't get anyone to help me. I've hit the assistance bell 100 times and called the store twice, requesting service. Nothing. Finally I flagged down Linda and she found someone from Toys to help me but he didn't have the right key. Meanwhile my wife has completed our shopping. And your supervisor was completely unhelpful.

Very crowded. Remember to bring in a cart from the parking lot. Every time I have been there, except for early morning visits, there are never any carts in it best the front. I always have to go back and look for one.

Return and exchange counter closes 8.00pm didn't mentioned on their website, when there after 8pm, need to come back home

Busy and the employees don't care about customer service. Always try to use the 12 items or less lane at this location.

Good store.poor service. Always have to wait in line no matter day or night. McCarthy ranch is the very same. I love Walmart but hate to go in these stores

I asked a Walmart employee for help and they just looked at me and walked away I don't know why I keep coming back to this story Road Walmart but I'm never coming back again the workers and management is horrible there

Always crowded. I wanted to buy razors but first I had to stand in line then let the cashier know so she could get them for me since many items are locked so I decided not to get them. Store has everything you need in stock.

Horrible because they wouldn't allow me to return something 3 minutes after their return town or closed

I was able to walk in with Cooper my friend's German Shepard that made me real happy Christ was acting like a real idiot but he's my friend and buddy thank for being around.

Would give negative rating if possible. The store feels like a prison with almost everything in a locked case giving the impression that I had to worry about being robber in Walmart or by Walmart. No one was around to help, and no one had keys. If I wanted to have someone do all my shopping for me I'd pay for a personal shopper.

Place is sketchy at night. Homeless camp. I did not feel safe here. And to top off, Wal-Mart employee argued and grabbed my arm. Store manager made excuses for this employee's behavior.

They need to hire more people customer services has a long line and also cashing a check lines are long.worse location ever!

Waited 45 minutes and talked to 10 employees to find anyone with a key to open a glass case. Horrible customer service as always.

I like it much better than one off camden further south, which has no real selection, and no garden center which is odd, considering its placement and exterior I expected more. This one is packed but has most of what I look for at Wal-Mart, if not out of stock. Only trouble is wondering why customer service closes at 8, that isn't even the case in small towns. Missed it 3 times just trying to get there after work hours and in traffic, just life. I wish they would grab another shift in there!

I from San Francisco area and Walmart prices are 30% lower so bring your list of things you'd like to buy I'm sure you'll find them here and MORE!

I'm not talking about the store. The service is wonderful. But the parking lot is like a homeless camping jungle. Creepy

Did not feel safe in the parking lot here at night, even though it was very crowded. Hard to exit. Solicited by multiple people trying to sell cheap jewelry. Next day, tried to pick up an order from online and there was significant confusion. Grocery orders can be delivered to your car, but general merchandise orders could not?

Over crowded people bumping into each other and can't get any customer service help to find anything on the Shelf will not be shopping there again
