Terrible service, they installed a new ac unit and new duct work, they said they would come back with a roofing contractor to fix part of my roof (ac unit was on roof) and never came back. I called them several times and they never gave me a straight answer, some of the excuses were that the manager left and the new manager would contact me of course the new manager never did. They are quick to charge and get the money, I ended up getting someone to fix the roof because for four months We Care did not really care about me. Just be cautious if they tell you they will come back you might never see them again.

We made an appointment through Costco for a quote on a new AC unit and furnace. We had other quotes already, but we know Costco works with top quality vendors, so we wanted to see what they had to offer. A wonderful We Care representative named Brian arrived and we were so impressed with everything about him and the company. He was friendly, patient, professional, informative and honest. It was probably the best sales experience we've ever had. We weren't expecting to make a decision right away but we did. We Care had the best to offer. The very next day, Ray and Jesse showed up at exactly 8am and they were an amazing team. They were pleasant and their quality of work was excellent! The Lennox brand they installed looks fabulous and runs quietly. Thank you for everything!

This is the 5th time using there services, we are very happy with there service, we found that we had a 2nd leak on a Sunday the 14th of March and found ourselves having to call for service, customer service was friendly and helpful, they called us to let us know when the technician would arrive and when Melvin arrived on time it was appreciated. He wore booties as asked and found the issue, explained flawlessly what our options were, the pros and cons and no pressure sales, we came up with a game plan, he performed a temporary repair so that we would have water use, called us the next day to let us know when he and his team would be back to complete the total repipe. They protected everything completely and work timely and repaired everything to its original state. We will definitely use and recommend them. Thanks again Melvin for your service it was greatly appreciated. Two thumbs up for Melvin. 5 stars across the board.

Very old furnace stopped working. Called to have a WeCare tech come out. They assessed the situation and said I had a cracked heat exchange. Showed me pictures and said it would be about $5k of parts to replace a number of things, with the exchange being $3k.

I said lets have somebody out to talk about a new furnace. In the meantime I start doing research, go up and check out my unit as well as have a second opinion. Sales guy comes out and does pitch. Second opinion guy comes out and says it is strange they didn't highly recommend shutting down the system altogether as a cracked heat exchange poses possibly massive health risks to my family. I then could not find any cracks on my own and the second opinion said it would take about an hour at least to get in there and do a proper assessment for cracks. The WeCare tech was at my house for about 30 minutes total. Second opinion also said system looked fine. He couldn't find any cracks, said the starter had become unplugged (which he found comical because the bracket tends to break, it doesn't just become unplugged naturally). Within an hour the second opinion had my system working like it was brand new, said a few things just needed to be cleaned.

I told the WeCare sales rep that all the allegations from their tech didn't seem to be truthful and I was not going to go with WeCare for an install. This sales guy never calls back, never emails, doesn't try once to apologize or remedy the situation. My entire experience in all honesty felt like I was being scammed, from what seemed to be phony pictures and bad assessment, to pushing a new system on me. Additionally, second opinion guy showed me a new heat exchange price that he could get it for fractions of what WeCare quoted me. Never ever will I go with WeCare, and I will always recommend everybody get a second opinion. Not only could it save you from taking unnecessary actions, but that second guy could end up fixing your system for a fraction of the cost.

Jason of We Care performed 6-month regularly scheduled maintenance inspection and repairs on our residential heating and air conditioning system in Temecula. He diagnosed and replaced faulty starting relay with moving contacts that were beginning to show wear. He checked all system electrical measurements for normal operation and replaced the HEPA filter in the attic cold air return ducting. Jason left the work site as he found it: Clean and in good order. Good job, Jason!
Edit on April 26: Andy performed semiannual HVAC tests and maintenance on my additional rental property address. He added refrigerant to bring system up to factory specifications. He included a leak test dye to detect any refrigerant leaks and will revisit/retest in 2-3 weeks.

We Care and especially Lon went above and beyond to find and fix our plumbing issue. Lon did in a couple hours what two other plumbers could not do over a period of months. What a relief to finally have the problem solved! Thank you Lon and WC!

I was very happy with We Care. The technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone needing their HVAC system inspected repaired or replaced.

Joseph and Darren came out to conduct an evaluation of the health of my ac/heater unit. They were both super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They diagnosed my unit and gave me lots of valuable information to consider. We Care Plumbing and Heating will be my company of choice for life! We also shared some good laughs!

We had WeCare come to our home for regular AC maintenance. Jason was our technician and he was great.

He was clean, courteous and explained everything he was doing in a concise easy to understand manner.

I have to attest that this is a great company to look at your AC. They are prompt and true to their word.

This is a great company. I've been part of their maintenance membership for years now. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There are a lot of companies out there that make you feel like you're getting ripped off but not this one.

I've had the pleasure of having Dewey assigned to our plumbing needs and he has always done a great job. We just had a new water heater and faucets installed and everything looks great. It gives me peace of mind knowing that he's assigned to the job and if we ever have any questions or concerns he's more than willing to answer them.

Excellent service connecting new Nest E thermostats. We had three other professionals try to install them, unuccessfully, but Jorge and Alex were able to rewire the existing connections to complete the work. They were both professional, courteous and patient in answering any questions I had. Would definitely use We Care again and highly recommend them.

Had a problem while installing a new smart thermostat. They were able to come out the same day and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. The technician was very friendly and got straight to work. Would definitely use them again.

Very glad we used We Care. Thank you to Bill our plumber! He was on time, informative & professional. Took the time to put on shoe covers when entering our home. Made requested repairs, explained what he was doing & cleaned up after each repair.

Tech Louise arrived as scheduled and successfully installed a NEST thermostat and explained how to operate the WIFI thermostat.
Tech Louise was competent, patient, cordial and efficient.

Crews was here in the AM, after called us to perform maintenance on our
3 1/2 ton A/C unit. Crew did great job on check our unit. We plan on having them back for our winter check!

We were extremely satisfied with our Wecare experience. Within a few hours our water heater issues were diagnosed and a complete new system installed. The crew descended on our house and the two installers efficiently and quickly corrected existing installation upgrades for code oversights and had the new unit up and running in one session. They completed everything even though they were working well past 5 PM.
