Really liked the technician, he was polite, informative, and professional. We need a new unit and he wasn’t pushy at all about setting up a sales appointment. The office had great communication with us setting up the appointment, we got an appointment same week we called. They called to confirm and called when they were on the way. Everyone was very friendly and competent and their prices were better than our previous AC company.

Dominic Rockshead, maintenance technician came through like a champ and fixed our AC, in the attic without any complaint, hesitation, nor mess. Great technician and should be recognized and promoted to teach others what customer service means.
