If I could put a zero star I will do.the worst clinic and the worst customer service. This is the second time they lost my official papers and they are very rude, and if you are sick and want to make an appointment, you will die before you get an appointment. I do not know why the place is still open If you want to spoil your day, just go to wellspace.

This review is for Dr. Sands only wellspace has been very difficult to deal with however I finally got an appointment with a very good nice understanding doctor who listened to me and that was Dr. Sands she was a good listener and helped me figure out my meds thank you Dr. Sands.

I am here for couple of hours but no one take care of as well not giving me an appointment. It is too poor service and too slow.

Wellspace needs a total revamp to new staff, people who will actually answer the phones with professionalism. I went into the wellspace today and the staff at the desk told me that it was the worst wellspace to get an appointment.

Wellspace in endangering people’s life. Do not wait until it’s too late to change your doctor. I lost my daughter due to asthma as she was given a 2 month appointment to get a prescription and had an asthma attack. Now I’m caring for her daughter my granddaughter and she has asthma. We waited 3 weeks for an appointment and she ended up in emergency before the appointment. On the day of the appointment the check in person called and said the doctor will be calling in 30 minutes which he didn’t, so we called the following business day and they scheduled us for immediate care the same day. Once immediate care called they said they couldn’t help us because they don’t do prescriptions. I called and waited on hold for an hour again. She rescheduled the appointment for another 3 weeks away and gave me no explanation on why the doctor did not honor his appointment. This is medical malpractice.

Well Space is a new provider for my daughter, i took her in for a scalp condition in the beginning of October. Still have not received medication, have seen 3 different people since my initial visit. This people are a joke, this is the worst service i have every experienced. This entire medical provider company should be closed. No worried their rating is a 2.1, i actually thinks that is tooo high.

Impossible to get ahold of!

I've been trying to make an appointment to see my doctor for WEEKS now. They never answer their phone, they keep you on hold for 45+ minutes playing the mot god-awful elevator music imaginable and then, finally, the robot voice says that their voicemail is full and hangs up on you.

I am changing my medical plan ASAP!

Had an appt a week ago. It did take a couple of.months to get.the appt, but I was a.new.a patient. Once I got.there i didnt have to wait long. The staff and doctor were polite and friendly. They said they were referring.me to a specialist and would call me. I haven't heard anything from them yet but it's only been a.little over a week.

Have had our up and downs with well space. Appts are hard too get is the worse part but I find that Dr Sandra sands is a great caring Dr.

The waiting time is horrible and the stuff work slowly and they never answer the phone, I put two stars for the doctors because really they are amazing except the lab.

Was not told we’d need to bring shot records to the first appointment, and when talking to the receptionist, Natalie, she said, “Yeah, they tend not to do that. ” Supposedly a clinic for families but no play area or toys for kids. This place leaves a lot to be desired.

This is the worst clinic ever I have seen. I have called almost 10 times to make an appointment, but never reached them. Second visit was worse too. When got an appointment at 10 am waited until 11: 30 am. I do not recoccemnd this clinic at all to anyone.

Worse facility ever.they need to close this place. I would say front desk staff doing good, but doctors are the main issue, don't know how to treat their patients professionally.most of time I found out they are rude or they don't just want to do their job. No worries go home let someone has the job.

Friendly helpful staff. Darcy Wycoff is the best. Always listens and compassionately cares for my medical concerns.

My mother has been waiting for test results. No one has called her back. No one answers the phone! They said well if there is something wrong we will call you. Nice! Wow that makes her feel great. Terrible!

I just took my daughter there to a simple filling and they couldn't do it. They referred her to a specialist for a filling? Are you serious! What a joke. Dont take your kids there.

I have been to a lot of doctors offices, and I have to say, this one is, by far, the best. This place has been amazing to me, much better than expected. I really enjoyed my time here, and Eryn Wicklow was great. She took the time to listen to me and get me everything I needed. I will look forward to the visits with this medical facility.

Worse medical facility ever. Staff rude. I had a NP Darcy. She came in the room and wouldn't even walk over to shake my had. She stood at the door (I needed my neck checked due to immense pain), she wouldn't even come over to me to feel my neck. Had her assistant hand me a paper of exercises. How she ever passed the test to work in the medical field is beyond me. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely horrible. Made a appointment with them for a simple thing, they said no problem. So after waiting for over a month for the appointment to come around, I get there and guess what. "Oh, we don't do that here, we can give you a referral". Forced my insurance provider to give me Sutter. These people are the worst.
