30They never answer the phone and they don't treat the cause. Find a real clinic with a real doctor!
HORRIBLE. If you have an appointment but you're late by 10 mins you get pushed back behind ALL the walk-ins and IF they have time they will get to you. I've never heard of such a ridiculous thing.
I've been trying to make an appointment for 2 months, they never answer the phone, and if the voice mailbox isn't full and it hangs up on you, they NEVER return your call! If you go down there, they will make you wait all day and maybe schedule you by the end of business, but not likely!
TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. WE SHOW UP EARLY, ONLY TO BE TOLD BY 2 VERY RUDE RECEPTIONISTS THAT THERE ARE NO DOCTORS THERE, & SOONEST APPOINTMENT IS IN JULY. Wellspace HEALTH SUCKS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO SOMEONE I COMPLETELY, TOTALLY HATE, ZERO STARS. CAN'T POST WITHOUT CLICKING A STAR. SERIOUSLY, MINUS STARS. READ ANOTHER REVIEW, MENTIONING FAT BLACK WOMAN WITH ATTITUDE. RUDE AS HELL.
I had an appointment with Dr. Abassi. He is a very good physician. He gave me the time I needed and answered my questions. However, I must say that the superstar is his nurse Corrina. She made me feel right at home! If you want friendly and knowledgeable medical care, make an appoint with Dr. Abassi and his nurse Corrina. A+
Even time I go back the fat black woman in the front seems to have a attitude. Did the same with my mother. We both wrote personal complains. Go to j street if you need a walk in appointment. Avoid this place I called the insurance commissioner and you should too. Make a complaint have wellspace DROPPED from free healthcare. The insurance will have to find a new provider by default. Forget them
I am with a DME company, I have never ever had a harder time getting help from a doctors office. Do NOT go here, find anything else, beg and plead with your insurance if they assign you to this terrible office. Patients go weeks without being taken care of. The phone system lets you hold for thirty minutes before cutting you off, and then no voicemail is ever returned. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, BAD, YUCKY, UNHELPFUL.
Wish i could put 1 star. Horrible customer service and no care or desire to help you whatsoever and this is referring to the administrative staff. The Dr was nice and helpful. The staff are rude and seriously could care less about you and your health. This is seriously the worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with.
The doctors and staff at Wellspace have taken good care of me since I first became a patient. They listen and care, assessing your health needs while trying to meet them.
