The first time I felt uncomfortable in the waiting room. There were way to many people waiting to check in. Very difficult to stay 6 feet apart. Hopefully better next time.

I waited a long time to be seen. I know doctors don’t spend a lot of time with patients but if I say she spent more than a minute with me, I’d be lying. She was rushing so much that I felt like I was literally an inconvenience to her, she saw me and in 10 seconds said what she was prescribing, no explanation of anything, or how to use it. I had another question and it was like the most vague answer, I had more questions but I felt the pressure to hurry so I totally forgot them because I was feeling so uncomfortable. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Hopefully I don’t have to see her again. As I was walking to the exit I saw her sitting in her office chilling with the medical assistants around her all talking and laughing, it made me even more annoyed because I thought she was rushing me because of the amount of patients she had or something so she couldn’t even spend a whole minute with me but there she was just chilling in her office right after.

Great service, doctor and nurses make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Friendly team

This was my first experience at West Dermatology! Everyone was very professional, kind and I had an amazing experience. They walked me through my whole procedure, and I felt very comfortable! I'll be back soon for more visits.

I was a walk in, but staff ensured I was seen without any delay.
Dr. Hemperly was quite thorough and his nurse was aiding his examination.

I had an abnormal test result and didn’t find out for 36 days until I called multiple times to question the results myself. They claimed they called once and my voicemail box was full but with an abnormal result I would expect more than 1 attempt to get a hold of a patient. This is not safe or satisfactory care.

I’m not in2 going 2 the dermatologist (I doNt much like doctors in general) ; but my visit 2day was a really great appointment! Dr. Zaleski-Larsen listened 2 my every concern, was very professional (she took care of what needed 2B done), and was extremely nice.

Dr Zaleski is by far the best dermatologist I’ve seen. Not only is she an excellent doctor, but I feel truly cared for when I am at her office. I can not recommend enough!

Dr. Hemperly is one of the most thorough personable doctors I’ve ever had. He has worked hard on my problem. I would recommend Dr. Hemperly and this office to anyone.

Great and friendly employees and very knowledgeable on what I have and are working on getting my medicine I need to take care of my psoriasis even though I was denied they are putting in the paperwork that the law says they can't deny me to receive my otezla.

The entire staff with whom I came in contact was professional, friendly and very courteous. Procedures were clearly explained.

They got me in for an initial appointment very quickly. (Less than a week) When I arrived, they got me in within 10 minutes of my appointment time and the Dr was at the beside within 10 minutes of that. He was very professional. He answered all my questions with very understandable explanations and had me out very quickly, but very thoroughly. Would absolutely recommend this office a d Dr Hemperly.

They apologized for running a half hour late for my morning appt. But it should be noted. In future, a phone call would be appreciated so that I don’t waste 1/2 hour of my valuable time.
