I just had my Toyota Prius hood replaced by West Wind Automotive. Their estimator, Tony, assisted me in providing two different options for replacement and took my call to answer more of my questions after I left the shop the first time. Shannon, their office manager, was so communicative and friendly through the process and remembered my name when I came in. The best part is the work was finished in less than two days and they even cleaned off my cloudy headlights when they washed the car. My 16 year old Shirley hasn’t looked this good in a while! While I’m not sure if this is necessarily the “best deal in town” kind of mechanic as I didn’t shop around, it’s definitely a great place to get impeccable service. I’ll be back:)

Had a great experience, was referred by my insurance company and found them to be very organized and communicative. Asked if they could finish the work a day earlier than they quoted and they came through. Quality of the work was excellent.

I love these guys! With my busy schedule and Covid I couldn’t come in to put on some parts. They were so nice and accommodating. I even got some free upholstery advice!
In 2018 my car was hit while parked. I needed a new bumper. My car is 15 years old and they matched everything perfectly.

Had my car window broken; it was raining and I was trying to get home. West Wind got my car in, fixed front windshield and passenger side front, vacuumed my car, got me a “lift” and I was on the road in about three hours. I was a happy customer!

West Wind is awesome. We have had insurance repairs done several times in the past few years by West Wind. The workmanship is always flawless. Most recently I took my Outback in to fix damage on a comprehensive insurance claim. They returned the car to me three days later looking good as new. I recommend West Wind to everyone I know.

Handled the repairs amazingly. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance other that report the claim and let them know West Wind will have the car. West Wind gave my car back sparkling and beautiful!
