Helpful, communicative, and did a great repair job on my Fusion. A part was damaged in transit which caused a delay, but they dealt with all the adjustments and extended my rental car for me. Shannon was especially helpful. Would definitely call them again and needed.

A crazy person in Fishermen's Wharf decided to punch and kick my Z4 and other BMWs in the area one night. I brought my car to West Wind to get it fixed, and I could not have been more pleased with the service, the level of communication and the repair job. My car looked beautiful. I would highly recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.
