My whole visit there was amazing. I went in as a walk in for Xrays and I didn’t have to wait too long. Everyone was super nice!

Got to my appointment at 8: 00, and they had canceled my mammogram appointment because the tech was not going to be in, but I was never notified, and I was going in for a scan as well, and they were not going to see me, because when they canceled my mammogram they also canceled the scan, I told the receptionist not my fault. Got there at 8 am, because that’s what the scheduler told me to be there, to register for my 9: 15 appointment, that was not even true, I was not seen till 10: 00. I just thank God I was seen, I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I do, I hope for a better experience.

My appointment was at 6: 40 pm and everything was professional.the staff is great.the only problem I had was parking not being validated.

Office is super clean, and well organized my complaint is the wait. I’m not sure if they were short staffed but the wait was just too long.

The customer service was very nice and polite I always get very nervous concerned and worried when I do any type of Ultrasounds CT Scan MRI Mammograms because I get to stressed out on the good or bad results but I always say a prayer to all my Guardian Angels especially GOD to watch over me and protect me from harm's way Amen as well as to stay focused and strong. Attended promptly. Staff was efficient and courteous. The technician who saw me was absolutely awesome and professional.

The staff is very nice. I had a thyroid ultrasound tonight and the technician (I apologize I forgot her name) was very pleasant and professional. I certainly recommend Westchester Advanced Imaging on Sepulveda and Manchester.

Took a little time because you aren’t allowed to make appointments for x-rays only. They should change that. Otherwise, service was good.

I tried to make an appointment but not accepted for X-rays. Waited almost an hour and a half for a 5 minute X-ray. Thank God there were only 4 people in the lobby ahead of me.

Service was very good staff was very nice and very detailed explain everything what they were doing show me nothing but kindness make sure that you was comfortable

Very short wait. Technician was wonderful and you could tell she knew what she was doing. Even took hthe time to take me to the front desk to make sure I was only charged for one text, as the second one wasn’t necessary.

The tech was amazing. Super patient and kind. I am grateful for that. One star off for such a long wait with no communication about wait time.

I took my mom to this location and the staffs who helped us were amazing! John and Glenda are very professional and caring. You don’t see a lot of nice people in most doctors offices or medical facilities these days. I have been to other location where the staff who helped me were on their phone texting and talking. Thank you Glenda and John for being the amazing Angeles to make my mom feel comfortable and happy!

Most thorough pregnancy ultrasound I’ve ever had! The Radiologist ladies were such a pleasure, so sweet, professional and enjoyable! They made my appointment fun & relaxing considering it was almost 2 hours long! I would definitely recommend this clinic/facility again! Thank you!

Went in for an ultrasound. Very nerve wrecking overall but the friendly staff made up for my nerves! They were very professional and made small talk to help ease my nerves. I will definitely be asking to come here again if I need to. I definitely recommend them.
