I was told to come on Friday morning so that they could get me in and out. When I arrived, there was only one person in the lobby. Within 45 minutes, the lobby filled up, and even though I was early, people were being seen before me. After the first hour, I asked what the hold up was. The lady in the red scrubs was rude as heck, telling me that she and her xo-worker were the only ones working, which didn’t address my concern of having people jump the line who were here for the same reasons as myself. The whole process took two hours and left a bad taste in my mouth, particularly because of how crudely I was treated by the rude receptionist. I hope I NEVER have to return.

Very pleasant experience, staff very professional and friendly. Scanning Tech helpful in working through apprehension about being in scanner.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The front desk person is exceptional. However, the no appointments for x-rays policy is idiotic. Waiting vtwo hours for a 10 minute x-ray is unacceptable.

Really bad rude service up front. It’s also very dirty/dusty in most parts of the facility. Not welcoming a bit. Find another place if you’re able.

I have gone here for MRI, Xrays, and mammogram. Very accomodating and professional. I will recommend Westchester Advanced Imaging Center anytime.

My husband had a abdominal quad sonogram today, the tech was amazing very nice, office was professionall and punctual, very communicative, I would definitely recommend this imagining center. Thank you

It was very upsetting experience because I had a 530 appt and left at 730 I saw people came for the same procedure and left long before me

Was asked to come early to my mamo app, got there at 2.45 it was 4 pm until I went into my app, waiting area was too small, and the whole place is totally run down

Front office intake were efficient and polite as usual and there were many clients. I had an xray and the technician was very professionsl and polite.
