This place is extremely unprofessional, I accompanied my mom and my brother because he was in the process of getting braces. The first time we went there was with our father and the lady at the front desk was pretty nice or so I thought. Well the second time we went was with our mother who can’t really speak all that much English and when she asked if they spoke Spanish they said no, mind you when we went with our father she was speaking fluent Spanish to him. We went to sit down and wait and the next person who came in spoke Spanish and the woman who had just attended us was speaking it perfectly. Of course we were all mad because on top of that we had to wait almost 2+ hours! There was another woman that was in the waiting room who said that she had also been waiting for a long time now. I overheard the people at the front desk talking amongst themselves saying how they were gonna keep us and some other people waiting, we left because we didn’t want to hear anymore and wait any longer. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Due to my busy schedule, I have to take time off from work and school for any type of appointment. I set my upcoming appointment two months ago and was able to find some time off for my set date to see them. It's very unprofessional that this office called me the evening before my appointment stating that my appointment will need to be rescheduled due to the office being closed. My appointment has been pushed back a month, meaning I just took time off for NO reason. It would be nice to have been notified a few days prior so that I didn't waste any time with my busy schedule. I recently just switched to this office and my first experience with them so far wasn't great. I hope I didn't make the wrong decision going with them.

This western dental is really good! Excellent staff, Belinda, Yaned, and Kimi were all very helpful today with my appointment! I have been a member for 3 years and I’ll continue being a member here. Overall the place to go when you have teeth problems:)

I went to Western Dental on Watt Avenue for the first time (1/5/21) and my experience there was fantastic. From the front office to the back I experienced friendliness, professionalism and caring for the patients, and the place is very clean and set up for social distancing. I had a tooth that badly need to come out, but I was told that it may be 3 to 4 weeks because the dentist that does extractions was booked up through January. Belinda, who books appointments, saw how worried I was and promised to call me if there was a cancellation. Before I got home from their office she had left me a message telling me that I could come in today (1/6/21) because someone had called and cancelled. Belinda also told me about all the payment options (I have no insurance) and she was upfront about each, which I truly aporeciated. She walked me through each step of what addition treatments I needed and the cost. Thank you Belinda, you're awesome! The dentist that extracted my tooth was amazing. I honestly didn't know he had extracted it until he told me it was over and his dental assistant went over what to do when I got home. I hate going to the dentist but all the folks at Western Dental on Watt turned what I thought would be a day of anxiety into a really good day, I just wish I could give them more then 5 stars. I will definitely go back to them for all my future dental needs.

I had a Dentist appointment at 2pm and they was very respectful kind and answered all of my Questions. Next Month I have to go back and get an extraction. I need this pain to go away for good.

Corprate didn’t schedule my appt correctly and Sergio could see how bad I needed to be seen he worked hard to get me in.

Great experience, very helpful once I called and had my account fixed for unfinished root canal treatment, the receptionist front desk lady and guy, Sergio treated me very good, was taken to back area, dentist and others got right to work on finishing my treatment although I was there for 6 hours but such is life.still satisfied with service

Tarra is great at what she does. Very patient and extremely professional from start to finish. I was so nervous to have my whole upper extracted in preparation for my implants. Thanks to a good team and staff of employees. It made my experience less scary!

Horrible service. I am suffering teeth pain since a month. I called them 40 days ago, and they gave me Monday the Aug 7th. As soon as I began moving toward their office they called and said that this appointment is rescheduled for September 11th (I have to wait another 40 days). I am in a severe pain, cannot eat, only drink cool waters. They refused to get me in sooner than another 40 days. Unproffessional and unfair people.

I would not recommend come in here unless you have nothing but time they set you an appointment and they can't even keep it this is one of the worst experience I've had at the dentist office very unprofessional I will not be coming back here or recommend any friends or family to come here this place is a big disappointment

A great place to have your dental work done dr. Muhammad, Angie and Kelly were great and took time to answer all my questions. They were all caring and very professional

Very irresponsible staff, first time during my visit on my appointment day I was said that they scheduled me by mistake and they rescheduled me for another day now I am here again and I'm laying down on dentist's chair for 2 hours without anyone coming to me to tell me what is going on or why am I laying down here.

Angie and Rosie are very friendly and professional. Dr Kaur is very caring as well. I would refer Western Dental to friends and family

The service was very good. They really did a great job. Angie was particularly nice and went the extra mile when it came to customer service. Everyone was very nice and patient with me. They explained everything thoroughly.

This place cannot keep an appointment. They're either always rescheduling or making you wait 1 hour before being seen (even though you had an appointment). Between December 2017 and January 2018, my mother had five dental appointments. Each time I brought her in we had to wait 40-60 minutes. The Western Dental clinic at 1701 Watt Ave, Sacramento, CA 95825 does not know how to schedule appointments. They are always running behind and patients are always being seen long after they were scheduled for (40-60 minute wait time).

Impossible to get any dental service! I had scheduled already 3 appts with them and I would wait 2 hours all for nothing just to tell me its canceled. The front desk staff really suck and they stay chit chatting with each other. They dont know how to schedule in appointments its a very long wait each time.

My boyfriend went there we used my moms check for 150$ only somehow they got into her bank account and took out over 300$ and didn’t ask how payments were going to be made that’s illegal there super slow here and unprofessional very mad right now a piece of wire was still cut off in my boyfriends mouth enough said don’t ever go here
